The Resort is laid out over 70-acre spread of gardens, lawns, lagoons and fountains, making it a truly beautiful place to stay, and only 7 miles from Disney World. Condo Features: ● 3 Bedrooms - King bed in Bedroom 1, Queen bed in bedroom 2, twin beds in bedroom 3 ● 2 Full Bathrooms ● Sleeps 6 (Sofa beds become uncomfortable very quickly) ● New laminated flooring (and tiles) in the living room and throughout the unit ● New full size stackable washer and dryer ● All TVs and appliances continually being upgraded to the latest technology ● Roku’s on all TV guest mode on fibre internet, just log into your Netflix/Disney/Youtube Apps. ● Brand new dining room chairs, light, paint and wall décor and LED lighting throughout ● Full size living room with recently updated living room furniture (sofa beds not included, become uncomfortable too quickly) ● Mattress always upgraded and furniture always being upgraded for 12 years since I was a host., ● Baby table and chair and travel cribs all provided for the little ones. ● In-room safe ● New gas barbecues on-site ● Kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven stove, microwave, Kureg single and pot coffee maker breakfast bar with stools, and large cabinets. As well as me as a host, we have an off-site management company who will be available to you should you have any questions or concerns during your stay, as well as the 24 hour reception, for any resort enquiries All private listings are not on the Vacasa program and therefore should have management companies in place, and all do not have access to the onsite Gym and Sauna at the clubhouse. Otherwise there are no resort fees or extras to pay. Please note, we do not have a working telephone in house. From the moment we arrived, we had all the relevant information for a stress-free start to our vacation. Everything was carefully prepared and ready for us. The apartment met our needs perfectly, the rooms are large and well soundproofed, parking is easy. We felt right at home. The location was also very easy to get to: close to main attractions like Disney and Universal Studios, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet in the evenings. The gated community watch was secure and all the staff are very friendly. The amenities offered at the Bahamas Bay Resort are incredible. We couldn't ask for anything better and would recommend this apartment without hesitation to anyone looking for the perfect Orlando accommodation. I altered my plans last minute and he had no problem working with me on it and being able to accommodate my request. Honestly, one of the best hosts, I have ever dealt with. The condo had plenty of room, plenty of towels, and very spacious! The resort was beautiful with the three pools (all super clean), clubhouse game room, white sandy beach with hammocks and games, the pier was cute to fish off. The area was very safe and well kept and had great walking paths (well maintained around the resort). We were there to go to Disney and Universal and they were a quick drive 30 minutes to Disney and about 40 minutes to Universal (due to traffic). Bonus, was that the resort was in a quieter area to escape the Orlando madness, but still close enough to pop in and enjoy the theme parks and shopping. We also drove to Daytona Beach. Fixtures and fittings could use a little modernisation (taps and sinks for instance) but I know I'm being fussy - as mentioned above, everything works and didn’t impact our holiday. Owner was always prompt with communication too. Overall, if you need somewhere to stay that sleeps six people (comfortably), a short drive from Disney, you can't go wrong with this apartment. ##### Jonathan S. A few items were missing that would’ve made it 5 stars, but no real complaints. We were expecting to get our own Kleenex/toilet paper/hand soap etc when we got there, but arrived late, so had to wait until the next day. There was one hand soap to pass around to all three sinks, very little toilet paper, no tissues, and no batteries in the bedroom tv remotes. Nothing bad and I would definitely stay there again, but I feel like those things would be good to just keep there to make it extra nice. Property was wonderful. My kids loved the pool and hot tubs and it was a good size for our family of 4\. Very clean. No extra frills, but perfect for what we needed. Especially after a visit to Publix nearby. ##### Sarah W. Russell's clean 3-bedroom, very spacious condo met all of our needs. The kitchen was very well-stocked allowing us to make breakfast with ease. The natural grounds in Bahama Bay are really beautiful with plenty of walking paths. The sunset over the lake was gorgeous. We didn't get a chance to use the pools, but the two that we did see were very attractive and very clean. It was super convenient to just walk to a tasty dinner at the Tradewinds Restaurant on the premises and not have to drive anywhere. We attended a wedding and recption on the Disney properties and our own fun day at Epcot and it was an easy 20-25 minute drive to get there and back. Amidst the busy hubbub of Disney, Bahama Bay is a beautiful quiet haven! We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Orlando area! We highly recommend!! ##### Jane B. It is close to the pool and has a quiet lanai. There is a new washer and dryer and new wall hangs throughout the unit. The family room has a large TV and each of the 3 bedrooms have TVs.
