The house was very clean. The club house and water park are within walking distance, so close you can see from the front door. My children were sad to leave and would like to return in the future. The community/subdivision was very quiet and the playgrounds are in great shape. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and check in was very simple. This is located in a gated neighborhood with security cameras so we felt very safe. This unit is walking distance to the pool/clubhouse which also had a nice game room. We used those amenities several times while staying there! It also has a nice market at the clubhouse with snacks drinks and hot food which we went to many times! This is located close to all the attractions and there are tons of nearby restaurants. Also walmart is only a few blocks away which is very handy. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We were a family of 2 adults and 4 teens and we felt we had ample space. The kitchen was well stocked and had a nice pantry for storing groceries. Easy entry at check in with a keypad code. I even went to walmart and bought washing machine cleaner. It did NOT help!! The towels all smelled dirty as did the laundry i washed (currently rewashing everything at home). We were then given comprehensive info re check in etc. The house was perfect for us, a party of 4 adults and 2 children. The children loved the themed rooms and the pool. The resort was excellent with great pool facilities, chilled areas and shop and restaurant. Couldn’t fault it. Would recommend our hosts properties and if we come to the USA again will consider Windsor Hills first. ##### Amy W. We loved the resort, the pool area, playground, and free activities and movies everyday. Owners were very responsive to our concrerns. However, I feel they need to personally check out this rental more often. There were not enough pool towels or face cloths from day 1\. One dresser drawer was broken in the 1st floor bedroom. And there were not enough utensils to get 6 people through 2 meals. ##### Becky M. The unit was good size but not as clean as we would have liked.We paid extra to heat the personal pool. Unfortunately Florida got a freak cold snap & the heating did not happen. The owners did not contact us to let us know that the pool would not be heated. We contacted them regarding the frigid temperature of the pool, they explained that it would not be heated & that we would receive a refund for the fee for heating the pool. It has been 2 weeks since we have contacted regarding the refund & still have not received it. ##### Angee W. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. We felt welcome and communication was easy. Check in and check out were simple. The private pool was lovely and we had access to the resort pool and waterpark. The location was perfect for our Disney and Universal trip.
