It was so cold while we were in Orlando that we never did enjoy the pool. However, my granddaughter did do one very quick polar bear plunge so that was fun. The house was very clean. The club house and water park are within walking distance, so close you can see from the front door. My children were sad to leave and would like to return in the future. Also, this property is very close to the Disney World parks, so close we were able to come home, take a break, and return to the Disney Parks. The community/subdivision was very quiet and the playgrounds are in great shape. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and check in was very simple. We have stayed at the Disney resort in the past and we enjoyed our stay here much more. It was super clean, roomy and decorated very nice. The pool area was great, as was the game room and the movie theater. There js a small shop there as well witb great lizza and drinks. The neighborhood is gated and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again next time. ##### jason t. This is located in a gated neighborhood with security cameras so we felt very safe. This unit is walking distance to the pool/clubhouse which also had a nice game room. We used those amenities several times while staying there! It also has a nice market at the clubhouse with snacks drinks and hot food which we went to many times! This is located close to all the attractions and there are tons of nearby restaurants. Also walmart is only a few blocks away which is very handy. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We were a family of 2 adults and 4 teens and we felt we had ample space. The kitchen was well stocked and had a nice pantry for storing groceries. Easy entry at check in with a keypad code. I even went to walmart and bought washing machine cleaner. It did NOT help!! The towels all smelled dirty as did the laundry i washed (currently rewashing everything at home). We were then given comprehensive info re check in etc. The house was perfect for us, a party of 4 adults and 2 children. The children loved the themed rooms and the pool. The resort was excellent with great pool facilities, chilled areas and shop and restaurant. Couldn’t fault it. Would recommend our hosts properties and if we come to the USA again will consider Windsor Hills first. ##### Amy W. We loved the resort, the pool area, playground, and free activities and movies everyday. Owners were very responsive to our concrerns. However, I feel they need to personally check out this rental more often. There were not enough pool towels or face cloths from day 1\. One dresser drawer was broken in the 1st floor bedroom.
