Summary: An comfortable house with 6 bedroom and 5 bathrooms, the house also has high speed wi-fi. Located at the condominium Paradise Palms Resort An extraordinary clubhouse is the centerpiece and includes a huge resort-style pool and kids splash park with water slide, perfect for families to enjoy for hours. The Space: This cozy house boasts six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi. It is situated within the Paradise Palms Resort complex, which features an impressive clubhouse and a large resort-style pool perfect for families. The house includes a main suite with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, a queen-sized bed, and a shared bathroom. There is also a king-sized bed with a private bathroom, another queen-sized bed with a shared bathroom, and two bedrooms with twin and full-sized beds that share a bathroom. A fully-equipped laundry is also available inside the property. This townhouse is conveniently located just 9 minutes from Walmart, 23 minutes from Disney, 27 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 37 minutes from Universal. Please note that the pool heater is available for an additional fee, and we kindly ask that you notify us 48 hours before your reservation if you wish to add it. Other Things to Note: BOOKING YOUR STAY: You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled. BEFORE CHECKING IN: Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. The property manager was super accommodating as I made a late request to extend my stay by one day and the manger swiftly responded and allowed is to stay an additional day. All decor was just as pictured. It was luxurious and modern! The Kids really enjoyed the pool at the house and had a great time using the resort amenities! The basketball court was a plus for the guys. The home had a nice selection of items that met the basic needs for cooking. You will need to purchase more necessities such as tissue, trash bags, and paper towels if you have more than 4 people with you. I would say that in a couple of places, the home could use some updating. I would also suggest following up with the cleaning service prior to the arrival of guests just to make sure things are properly cleaned, especially the restrooms. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The themed rooms were exactly how pictured and so was the house overall! We didn’t get to use the pool because of the Florida weather but it was beautiful, clean and looked very relaxing! The distance to Disney was amazing! We would make it there in about 12-15 minutes time with smooth backroads and no stressful overflow of traffic. This is a secured community and has great amenities that are available to the guest! The only downfall which may have been my wrongdoing; except I didn’t realize it was a rule, was not to park on the driveway if blocking the sidewalk. I woke up the second day to a large green sticker on my car for a warning. Removed it, parked on the street after that and no other warnings for our stay! There are also many, many options near the house for Food (Restaurants) and fast food; last minute shopping (like me forgetting my daughters shoes and having to run to Rackrooms for backup), and any Grocery shopping for the stay! Publix, Walmart, Target.. just to make a few - all within minutes! Overall, we had a wonderful time, loved this place and will definitely choose it again for our next Disney or Orlando trip! The blinds were broken and didn't cover the windows, the carpets upstairs were very dirty, the utensils, pots and pans were inadequate and I had to request new pans to cook with due to the deplorable condition of what was available. The closets didn't even have hangers so you could hang your clothes, etc. I paid extra to heat the pool, but there were problems with the heater which required a technician to repair, which took several days before it was heated adequately. Overall, the property was a disappointment and I would never rent there again. I believe the next time I need to rent a property, I'll not use VRBO, I've heard and read better reviews for AirB&B, etc. ##### Maryann D. Parking and driving down the roads were difficult at times because houses were close together and people parked wherever they could. ##### Jody S. The location was nice and quiet. The resort community had game room, pool/hot tub, and playground for kids. There was a nice walking trail. Perfect for families. The house was big and had plenty of rooms. The pool at the house was on the smaller side but typical of a resort community. They had towels for guests to use. We wish there were some pool toys for the kids but that didn’t take away from their enjoyment of the place. Overall good place to stay for a family vacation. ##### Lisa L.
