The house was not clean on arrival. I immediately noticed the floors were dirty. I was only briefly in the home to drop off bags until late the first night and went directly to bed. The next morning dead bugs were noted on the floor in our bathroom. The next morning we noticed microwave was dirty, the refrigerator was sticky. My sister in law arrive late that evening and when she went to bed in a previosly unoccupied room there was bugs on the curtains and dead bugs in the floor below the window. At 1am a roach was crawling on her in bed and we found candy wrappers and filth under the bed. The next morning while cooking breakfast there was a roach crawling on the counter. I notified the host iTrip Orlando, they did send out a cleaning crew and pest control. That evening we found filth under the dresser and more dead bugs in the floor. When my son and husband went to put the trash out there was a racoon that had opened the trash bin and strewn trash everywhere and the racoon was not scared off by their presence. I sent pictures, emailed, and spoke with Louie and Liz and iTrip Orlando and they were unwilling to provide any refund. They claim sending someone to clean what should have already been clean and pest control resolved this issue and proceeded to charge us the cleaning fee for our stay anyway. Not only was the property not up to standards the customer service with iTrip Orlando was terrible. VRBO is attempting to resolve this issue with the hosts.
