From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that cleanliness was an alien concept to the property owner. Dust, so thick it triggered allergies in my client's children, has left me questioning the hygiene standards of this establishment. The irresponsible and callous attitude towards basic cleanliness is nothing short of shocking. But the horrors didn't end there. Bed bugs, yes, you read that right – BED BUGS! My client's children were left with bites, and the owner's audacious response? Blame my client! Accusing them of bringing bedbugs to the property is not just an excuse; it's a pathetic attempt to deflect responsibility for the shambolic conditions they subject guests to. And let's talk about the broken master bedroom bed. It's not just broken; it's practically a hazard. The sheer lack of maintenance and utter disregard for guest safety is staggering. The bed wasn't the only thing spoiled; it seems the entire experience was ruined by the negligence of the property owner. This stay wasn't just unpleasant; it was a nightmare. The owner's attempt to shift blame, accuse my client, and evade responsibility showcases the true nature and cunningness of this property.
