There is no option to pay early so i contacted the host and got that taken care of the issue with that was I had to continuously reach out about a receipt or a confirmation email. About 2 days before the trip I had to reach out again about check in instructions. In the check in instructions it stated that we should go to the security gate for parking instructions we did not because all vehicles fit in the driveway but 1 van was hanging over the sidewalk so Monday morning it was ticketed stating that so I went to the security gate to see about parking but they had no idea what I was talking about they said they have no control over the parking & the city gives the tickets out so I contacted the host I was then told where to park & that I would get my money back but it hasn't happened next thing is the upstairs dryer went I contacted the host someone came out said he fixed it but it still wasn't drying 1 night the lights went out in the front 2 bedrooms foyer area & porch got that fixed the next day we also paid $70 for the propane tank to use the grill & it was half full we used it twice once to cook about 5 steaks & the night before we left & the propane ran out & on the night before we left while packing up it was a roach running around we killed it & took pictures it wasn't the worst time but not the best ##### Marilyn P.
