This beautiful home in Champions Gate features 9 bedrooms and 5 full baths, with 4,250 square feet of living space and 14 beds, sleeping up to 25 of your closest friends or family. The unit boasts a private screened-in pool with safety fence, a hot tub, and convenience to Disney World and all major attractions!  
  
For your convenience, we have the following items available for rent (please ask us for prices): BBQ Grill / XL BBQ (4 Burners) / Pac N Play Crib / Full-Size Crib / High Chair / Rollaway Bed / Single Stroller / Double Stroller / Single Jogger Stroller / Child Gate / Car seat / Baby Bed Rail / Tub of Toys / Transport wheelchairs (They have a safety belt, a 19" wide seat, and can transport up to 300 pounds).  
  
Pool Heat (We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April). NOTE: If the temperature falls below 50 degrees, the heating unit may not heat the pool adequately and may shut down. The pool will only heat approximately 10-15 degrees above the outside temperature during the cold months (If pool heat was not ordered and paid for 24 hours prior to arrival date, allow 24 (plus) hours for the pool to be fully heated. Heating times will take longer in colder temperatures.

Property was great we loved it. The only issue was the hot water downstairs didn't seem to get hot, but they came right out and it got warmer but not hot,but it was fine. We thought the service of the property manager was excellent.

I thought the house was tastefully decorated and very clean. The amenities were decent. The sitting chairs in the bedroom were a bit worn and uncomfortable. The game room was missing some balls from the pool table. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The owners are kind, communicative, and accommodating. I would recommend the home as well as stay here again.

#### The Hot tub that wasn't

The door entrance didn't work waited 2 hrs for the manager to show. The coffee pot was broken, parts to make the sound in the theater room was missing. The dryer didn't work. We paid to have the pool heated, the hot tub drained out and we didn't use either.

#### Overall great stay

House was very clean. My friends and I had a great time. The only knock I have to give is Champions Gate the community the house is in is gated and we had trouble getting into the community but the host cleared it up very quickly and allowed us to get it in. Overall 9.9/10 I would stay here again.

We stayed there cause it was my daughter’s bday and she wanted to have a sleepover with her girls and my family and the house was the perfect size for all of us, everything was very cleaned and the communication with the property manager was very prompt and they very helpful

#### Stayed in home with family and friends prior snd night of my sons wedding

The home was beautiful and very clean. Everyone enjoyed the property and I would highly recommend this property. I am very particular and I felt very comfortable there. This has nothing to do with the home though the check.in at the gate was long and a little frustrating.

This was an amazing experience the clubhouse people were really friendly atmosphere was relaxing we went with our Girl Scout Troop and it was very relaxing and they very much enjoyed it. Will be looking forward to booking for our trip next June

#### Spring break family vacation

House met our family get together, plenty of beds for rhw little ones, teenagers and adults. Few housekeeping issues like no hot water first night, but were fixed in a timely manner. We have fun and will rent it again. Thank you.

Had a five night stay at the beginning of July. Overall stay was great, family enjoy themselves. Rooms was very spacious. But the game room need a better air system, a little warm. Also need pest control to come out often, seen and kill quite a few cockroach doing the stay.

Rat infested throughout back porch and inside bbq grill. TV’s not functioning 100%. Out-dates peeling fake leather couches. Property Mgmt company withheld info regarding additional fees associated with pool & hot tub. Will NEVER rent again thru Casiola.

Loved the property but upon arrival there was an offensive pet odor. Paid for heated pool but it was not heated. Very misleading. Kids enjoyed game room but play stations and projector for theater did not work. To charge for these amenities and for it not to be whats expected is very disappointing. Communication with the property management and staff was good but everyone seem rehearsed as if these complaints were common. Other vacationers had the same problem. Would definitely not go back.

#### Nice home with minor issues

Home was as described but had a issue with the pool being dirty upon arrival and broken blinds. The game room was nice unfortunately with a small portable AC unit in room the room was still hot. Make sure to get the pool heated even in the summer to avoid the cold water.

For the most part it was a great experience. The A/C did stop working on us however they had someone out right away to fix it. It was unfortunate though we could not use the pool because it would not get hot. Very pleasant management group everyone has stellar customer service especially Karlin.

#### Alot of things broken and pool was filthy

As excited as me and my family was about this stay the house was very spacious but there are a total of 4 bathrooms in this home which means alot people had to share. alot of things weren’t working like the game and a few tvs although they responded promptly we still had to wait on contracters to come fix certain things which didnt not get fixed while we was there our pool was green bye the end of our 5 day 4 night vacation which mean the filter was never working and they didnt even have anyone on site to fix it ( they also didn’t want to refund or compensate me for that ) and few of my family members were sick and broken out from being in the pool also the jacuzzi didnt even work which also didnt get fixed while we were there some sheets were dirty and the dryer didnt work, microwave door hanging off the hinges,

The layout of the home is great and the different themed rooms is great when you are traveling with a number of different people from different genders and age groups. The community amenities are great. The fact a water park is available as well as a Tiki bar, pool, and restaurant, makes it very enjoyable and cuts the need of having to go elsewhere for fun.

The property was in good condition and was in an excellent secure location. Two issues to highlight are the dryer didn’t work properly and given size of house adding an additional washer and dryer should be considered. The pool was more like a hit tub most of the time with no ability to adjust the temperature.

#### Beautiful Vacation Home! Just as pictured & close to everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Champions Gate home. It was very clean, spacious, and accommodating (Just as pictured)! Our family truly enjoyed the layout of the home, the pool and Jacuzzi in the backyard, and The Oasis clubhouse! There is something to do for every age group on & off the resort! Some areas of opportunity that I would recommend management to focus on are listed below 1. The security guard (with the braids) was not very helpful. He appeared to be on the phone when we first arrived and did not have an interest in helping us navigate where our home was located. He also did not initially provide us with a guest pass for our car or enter our information into the system to be able to access The Oasis Clubhouse. 2. Upon arrival we noticed that there were no pots and pans in our home. After speaking with management, their crew performed a deep cleaning earlier that day and removed the pots and pans because they were damaged. Since housekeeping was gone for the day, management reassured us that we would have new pots and pans between 9-10 am the next morning. 9-10am came and went and no communication was received by management. After a series of calls placed to management, our pots and pans were finally delivered at 12pm! As promised everything was new, but it did put a dent in our day because we were unable to begin cooking all of the food we purchased for breakfast and lunch until after noon. At the time it did not seem as if our request for pots and pans was a priority however, management did follow up to compensate for the inconvenience, of which we appreciated! Maybe double checking the home to ensure that everything families will utilize is there, (pots/pans/utensils/etc) will help prevent this from happening with any future bookings. 3. The trash storage was very unique! The only downfall was that our trash was not picked up daily as described. This could be due to our weekend stay (not sure if trash pick-up operates over the weekend), but our trash piled up pretty quickly. 4. We ran out of household items such as trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and dish soap. It did not seem as if enough of these items were in the home to start, and we were unsure if housekeeping provided these items upon request. It was no biggie to go out and purchase extra items but, a heads up on this would have been nice. Overall our stay was unmatched! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to booking again in the future.
