From the first contact everything was very straightforward and smooth. Communication was very good along with the check in process. The apartment was very clean and perfect for our trip. We had a mishap when we left, as we were informed that the towels had been damaged which was incorrect. This did leave a bad taste for what was such an lovely stay but it seemed it was resolved with the owner and property management as we didn’t hear anything back from it. This was the only disappointing thing as we took extra care to make sure the apartment was left as we’d found it, and the overall stay was brilliant.
