We had a very pleasant stay at this Delta hotel! First off the clean, modern and big lobby gave good 1st impression, which was elevated by the warm and friendly front desk agent, making the check-in process as smooth as it could be! The room was nice, comfy and clean. We had the opportunity to have our window pool-side! Windows (throughout) are not well sound-proof (we could very well hear maintenance trolleys roll onto cobbled paths, even though we were on 3rd floor). The resort is great! We wish we had planned one extra night, just to take full advantage of it. First there is that giant pool, with a slide for kids (approx. 46’’ or 48’’ minimal height) and a waterfall. Note that this pool is not heated. However, there is another smaller (but still good size) pool, that one being heated! Apart from that, there are 2 hot tubs, 1 outdoor bar, a huge terrasse with outdooring sets and gas firepit

Resort was nice and pool was well maintained. The biggest issue we had was the ventilation in the washroom was very poor. This led to pool of water in the washroom everytime someone showered. It was extremely unsafe to to point where someone slipped due to the water. Numerous attempts were made to voice our concerns, but the general manager Ramano gave a very general response. Do not book here! You will suffer every time someone showers. A lot of our clothes got mold on them.

Location convenient to a lot of stores parks. Dislike that The icemakers were not working, and you had to go all the way to the first floor. Staff should let those check and know about the app on the phone. It’s very helpful.

My daughter and I stayed here and had an amazing time! The staff was nice and helpful. The pool was so much fun. Would recommend to the hotel get more long chairs! It was hard finding two chairs to sit at, at the same time. They have Starbucks, a small restraint, and bar. A bus service that picks you up for the Disney parks. All in all, we will be back to this hotel real soon!

This was my second time staying here. The true colors came out. My first room I went into was far from the front desk and i found a random plastic bag full with stuff as soon as I opened the door. They changed my room and said they would refund me destination fee, haven’t seen anything. It’s been over two weeks. I’m over it. The only good thing is that it’s located in celebrations. Shut this place down! Horrible representation of Marriott brand.

The location was very close to all the parks and very convenient. I was extremely disappointed with how our initial encounter was with Ramon and Dave when we first arrived. The main lobby and pool area were great. Spacious, clean, lots to do. However, the rooms were not great. Bathroom was very small. Definitely not the cleanest room. And housekeeping was odd. They did clean our room each day. However, one day they did not leave any towels. The front desk was great and sent them up immediately. Another day they didn’t take dirty towels.

The property was located off the main roads, restaurants in walking distance and Disney a 5 minute car ride away. The rooms were clean, nice pool, great drinks. I was not crazy about the grilled chicken, it was prepared well, yet bland and the grain bowl was over dressed. The staff was great! My room was not ready, not even after the 4pm check-in. It worked out

I loved the pool areas the entertaining areas and the eating areas. All were very clean with friendly staff. The rooms need updating. The carpets had stains all over them which made me feel like I always had to keep my shoes on because they were dirty.

Our toilet leaked in our bathroom & into our sleeping room. We finally got a new room after we were there for 3 days. Hot tub was broken. Was hot but no bubbles. We had a lizard in our room. A lot of extra fees added to bill. Probably will not stay there again.
