The breakfast should be better. Every day same things, they should be better selections. Instead of every day boiled eggs put also scrambled eggs and bacon. I know is a compliment from the hotel and is free but it will be nice. Also in the room the mattress and pillows olds and my back and neck hurt so much.

Everything was excellent other than there was no microwave or fridge in the room. So if you dine at one of the multiple restaurants near by there is no where to store your leftover or any beverages you brought with you

The staff was very sweet & the location is perfect, but that's the only two good things I have to say about this hotel. I don't mind things being a little dated, but when it's uncleanly I'm not ok with that. Upon entering the hotel it doesn't look too bad. Once you go down the hall and meet the elevator, it set the mood for our journey at this hotel. The elevator honestly scared me to get on, it felt like something off a scary movie & I wish I would've gotten the clue there just to turn around & not stay here. We made it up to our room & upon entering we were met with an odor that smelled a bit like vomit & dirty socks. The linens were clean & room was tidy but I believe it was the carpet that was causing this off putting smell. The doors had black grime marks of where everyone puts their hands constantly, the carpet had crusts of dropped food which could easily been taken care of with a steam cleaner if they don't want to put forth the money to update the facility. Another complaint I have is that the room heavily relies on sunlight as it only lit by a couple of dim lamps other than the bathroom which had a normal brightness level. The door to the room didn't seem very secure there was a little gap, so I'd recommend anyone travelling alone bring protective devices just to ensure safety. The noise level of the halls was very loud during my stay. One room had drilling sounds & there were questionable people walking about. Pool was gross. I'm out of space, but don't recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here they velan my room everyday which is a plus for me! Staff is very friendly and polite my only issue was the keys to enter my room it was very inconvenient because it’s de active very easily and to enter I have to do it a couple time! Other than that I’m very happy

Overall we enjoyed our stay but unfortunately cleanliness of the room we were in was not good and we had to switch rooms. The first room had a stench of old wet carpet, the beds were uneven and one of them severely sunk down in the middle, the sheets had brown blood like stains on them and the tub was dirty. In addition the door didn't close all the way which led us to switch rooms. Although the tub, bed and doors were ok, there was still a slight stench of old uncleaned carpet and the sheets on one of the beds had large brown spots that looked like chocolate on the sheets which was disgusting!!! Breakfast itself was subpar with mostly cold food and bread options. They did offer pre-boiled eggs that tasted frozen and stayed ice cold even after a few hours. The bonus to staying at this property is that it is near International Drive which has a ton of things for families and places to eat. I would give it a 3/10 and would NOT stay here again!!!

Nice staff people. But I think I will stop staying there for now on my business trips. I always stay there. Very disappointed that I had to pay for a refrigerator in my room. I am a member of Wyndham. This should consider. But like other hotel I stay, this question is never ask at the front desk.
