"The staff was excellent. The food was terrific. It is very family friendly. We arrived late due to a flight and they kept the kitchen open and were very helpful with the kids. The rooms are terrific and it’s very well located."
"The staff was helpful and breakfast was delicious each morning. There were many stairs to walk up to get to our room. The pool was a bit cold for our liking and the hot tub did not work. The play room was wonderful for kids "
"Overall a good experience. Breakfast was just above average as was the room. Hot water was lacking, but the view made up for many of the deficiencies. Spectacular.
Pedro was a great host, but some other staff were less than friendly. Parking very convenient and walkability to Buzios centro and Joao Fernandes beach was good.

"It’s perfectly located in a quiet area and very short distance from the beach. It took literally less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Definitely a spot to come back to! Also, they served a complimentary afternoon coffee with chocolate cake, coconut cake, toasts and more! "
"Hermoso departamento! Cerca de todo. para el día cerca de playas ibamos caminando y la noche el centro a dos cuadras. Los trabajadores están siempre en el local de abajo y muy atentos a solucionar lo que surgía. Y comimos rico y barato también en su tenedor libre! "
" Roupas de cama sujas, chuveiro ruim (o misturador não funcionava), limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, atendentes nada simpáticos ...
Fora isso, equipamento de limpeza e chuveiro da piscina estavam quebrados. Para finalizar, meu filho queimou a mão em uma torneira de água que fica na piscina - era água quente sem nenhuma sinalização.
