The house is a duplex, with three floors and is located in a very peculiar gated community, with a pedestrian-only street where the little ones can play and run without problems. The house has a closed underground garage, with direct private access to the garden of the same house. In the garden you will find plenty of space to sit down to eat, sunbathe, or have a barbecue. Beach only a short walk away. Property was spacious and had everything you needed if you decided to cook. Lots of outdoor space to use.
