Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious and bright 3-room apartment spanning 84 square meters on the 1st floor. The open living/dining room features beautiful and modern furnishings, satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with an exit leading to the terrace. One bedroom is furnished with a french bed (180 cm x 200 cm), and has a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, also with an exit to the terrace. The second bedroom has two beds (90 cm x 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, dishwasher, private patio, satellite TV, heating, microwave, television, and a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment, named "Ema Residencial," offers floor heating and forced-air heating throughout. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the swimming pool and the resort from the large terrace, which is furnished with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and a sitting area. Additional facilities provided are an iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
