The ground floor boasts an open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, ideal for preparing meals to enjoy outdoors. The terrace includes an electric awning and premium outdoor furniture, creating a perfect setting for al fresco dining or evening lounging. Upstairs, two sunlit bedrooms open onto private terraces, offering peaceful spots to soak up the Spanish sun. A laundry room with a washing machine and private parking add to the convenience, and the fully enclosed property ensures privacy throughout your stay.
