This beautiful penthouse apartment located in Residencial Zenia beach in La Zenia has 2 bedrooms ( both double bed ) and 2 bathrooms. From terrace you have views towards the comunal garden where the pool is located. The living room is very high standard, modern style decorated and is furnished with air conditioning, LCD TV with Spanish channels and there is a WIFI connection. From here you can easily access the terrace area en comunal garden.   
  
 Within walking distance of the fine sandy beaches and all amenities that can provide you with your daily needs, such as many shops, catering and the new shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard as well as La Zenia Center and the coastline, both very worth to take a look.   
  
There is an open kitchen with all the required appliances. The Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom. There is a private underground parking available.   
  
The urbanization is situated in the popular area of La Zenia and offers outdoor pools and a large courtyard to enjoy the sunshine for more than 320 days a year. The Mediterranean Sea and his sandy beaches are within walking distance as well a wide selection of restaurants and various amusements. The distance to the beach is just 1 km.

A good sized very nice modern property in a good location for getting around. The apartment is in a gated community so it felt very safe. Plenty of external space too which is an additional bonus.
