Nestled in the exclusive and gated community of Mont Vernon 3 in St. Martin, Villa Venus offers an elevated escape with breathtaking views of Orient Bay. Its prime location provides a tranquil sanctuary while keeping you close to the island’s vibrant attractions.    
As you enter the gated community, your private gate welcomes you to lush green gardens and the serene setting of this luxurious retreat. The villa boasts 200 square meters of wonderful interior living space, perfect for both relaxation and entertainment.    
Upon entering, you are greeted by an open-plan living area that seamlessly blends elegance and functionality. The stylish living room flows effortlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, where a pass-through window makes it easy to serve meals to the large covered outdoor dining area. Expansive sliding doors blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living, offering the best of both worlds.    
The villa’s outdoor terrace is an inviting space for al fresco dining or unwinding in the shaded lounge area. After a day of island adventures, you can take a refreshing dip in the private pool or relax in the jacuzzi, enjoying the serene ambiance and stunning views under the stars. The pool deck, furnished with four comfortable lounge chairs, and three floating bubble chairs provides the perfect setting to bask in the Caribbean sun. For added peace of mind, the pool is equipped with an alarm system.    
Villa Venus accommodates up to eight guests across four luxurious bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. The Primary Suite offers both interior and exterior access, a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, and breathtaking ocean views. This suite connects directly to the pool terrace, allowing seamless access to the outdoor space. Bedrooms two and three are located on the opposite side of the villa and feature king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and both interior and exterior access. These two bedrooms share a terrace that connects directly to the pool and jacuzzi, creating a harmonious blend of privacy and shared space. Situated on the lower level, bedroom four, is a private studio ideal for guests seeking additional seclusion. This studio includes a king-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (with a coffee machine, stove, fridge, etc.), an en-suite bathroom, and a secluded terrace. It is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in blissful solitude.    
With its thoughtful amenities, stunning views, and elegant design, Villa Venus is the ideal destination for a serene and sophisticated Caribbean getaway.
