Direct access to the beach and to the community pool & outstanding view of the ocean from the large terrace A welcoming hall opens to 2 bedrooms, both with king size bed and dedicated bathroom. In the corridor, guests toilet and a laundry room. The corridor leads to a 50 meters living room with open space full kitchen, both with ocean view and large fans (+ air- conditionning) Enjoy the 25 sqmeters terrace with the confortable lounge are and the dining area on high table... have breakfast here or a drink at night listening to the sound of the waves! About water outages, a back-up will be available from Novembre 2023\. That makes the difference! The village square is walking distance; there, you will find small shops, a bakery a mini market and a lot of restaurants and bars... Air conditionning in all the rooms. Reserved parking sport by the unit for your car We provide beach towels Situé au plein coeur de la Baie Orientale, a quelques pas de la place du village, de ses restaurants et animations, Ticocoon est un très grand appartement de 2 chambres avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, au premier et dernier étage d'une petite residence de style Caribbean avec une jolie piscine en bord de mer. Ticocoon, c'est avant tout le plaisir de la vue sur l'ocean! Que vous soyez réunis dans le salon, dans la cuisine ou bien installé confortablement sur la terrasse ou bien encore attablé avec un petit rhum sur la table haute de la terrasse, la mer est face a vous, avec le bruit des vagues... le ciel ce teinte d'orange et de rose en fin de journée lorsque le soleil se couche... Vous êtes vraiment aux première loges pour le spectacle! L'appartement est particulièrement confortable car très spacieux : un très grand salon avec un canapé d'angle, une cuisine entièrement équipée, 2 espaces pour prendre les repas, soit a l'intérieur, soit sur la terrasse... puis 2 belles chambres avec salles de bain attenantes, une buanderie et des toilettes d'invités. The location was perfect, the view of the beach and ocean were even better. This condo was equipped with anything you could ever want kitchen wise and has a water back up (which we learned is very important to have on the island!)The beach was much closer than we thought it would be - about a 2-3 minute walk to Bikini Beach and right in from of Wai. The Village was also only a 3-5 minute walk away. Not only did we love the condo itself but we also couldn't have asked for a better property manager! Our check in was easy as our hosts met us at the apartment and showed us all the features, even explaining how to use the clothes washer and dryer which is very helpful. The apartment itself has been our favorite of the 3 we have stayed in at Orient Beach. It was spotless, very well appointed with everything you need for an extended stay. The balcony was comfortable and great for enjoying the sea view and listening to the waves. The beds were very comfortable. And the location is unbeatable. Easy safe walking to restaurants, a grocery, and all the beach clubs. And the pools was a great plus for cooling off after a long day at the beach. Great stay. Highly recommend. ##### Kari W.
