This is our third stay at Cheribourgh because it's my granddaughter's favorite hotel. The room was on the ground floor with a patio door to the grassy lawn (would be nice in warm weather) and was on the smallish side. Beds were very comfortable, was very quiet during our stay but I'm sure we were alone in our section (room 140). Did not like that patio door did not have a safety bar to prevent door from being opened, requested extra towels and reqyest was not fulfilled (we were 3 and we had two bath towels, 2 facecloths and one very thin hand towel). Bathroom lighting had noticeable cobwebs on them, shower door had "gunk" in the track and along the bottom edging of the glass, no facial tissues were provided and the room was carpeted. The sole heater in the room was not adequate for the size of the room so it was chilly in the morning. Loved the pool and play area as always but overall not impressed with our room this time around.

Dining facility is extremely limited. Therefore eating in-room was necessary. I requested a can opener and was told I had to bring the can to the front desk and open it there. I was not permitted to take the can opener to my room. Appalling!

Nice clean place, very big, strange layout. Avoid the 100 level as it is on the ground and is a little musty. Pools and hot tubs were a hike from our room.

Not an upscale hotel but good. We stayed the weekend for my sons hockey tournament & we were pleasantly surprised at all there was to do for the kids like a huge playroom with bouncy castles, board games, video games & a movie room. It had an indoor pool which the kids loved & an indoor & outdoor hot tub. The room however was in need of some repairs, the hinge on the bottom of our door was almost completely off when we first checked in. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked, the ceiling had some water damage & the bathroom counter was super low. The restaurant was the most disappointing though...it cost us over 200$ for my husband & i with our 3 kids. Normally i wouldn't complain because im not a picky eater but the meals were nowhere near worth that price & our entire table, we were about 20, seemed to agree. Overall great for the kids, lots to do, but definitely will not ever eat at the restaurant. The young lady at the front desk seemed to dislike her job, never smiled & wasn't helpful in the least when i asked where our room was. I had to ask another staff member who showed up later. The waitress we got was very sweet & was wonderful, albeit slightly lost when it came time to pay for our meal, the adults were at one table & the kids at another so its completely understandable. Overall good place for kids

We really enjoyed our stay. We were unpleasantly surprised that although we had stated that we had a pet when reserving, our supposed $380.80 stay cost us 598.66 instead. I think this was excessive and left us no option but to pay it because we had already planned. The room was not any more luxurious than my son’s room and it cost us $200.00 more for 2 days.

Kids enjoyed the amenities. Indoor hot tub was not hot at all but the outdoor one was good. Rooms are nice and big. Friendly staff.

We have stayed at Cheribourg several times, but it has been about 5 years since the last. It seems nothing has been updated since then and the overall quality has gone down. The spa conditions were like something from Eastern Europe. I suppose we shouldn't expect much for the rate we paid, but we may not return.

First visit
Spacious room, hotel staff were very friendly and tried their best to speak English to me with my very limited French. Dinner was excellent, hope there would be some simple hot food options on other week days.

Parfait pour la famille
Bonne hotel pour la famille piscine avec glissade mais sans plus par contre une aire de jeux immense avec jeux vidéo,jeux gonflables,table de ping pong et trampoline.Il y a aussi un cinéma avec des films pour toute la famille.

This is my new favorite hotel. Love the pool, hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) and my granchild loves the huge play area. We stay during the week so its nice and quiet. Staff is always very friendly.
