It features a king bed, queen bed, full bath, walk-in closet, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and luxury linens. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a 24-hour gym, bowling alley, pool (June-Sept), and year-round hot tub. Located next to UVU, with easy access to Top Golf, theaters, Provo Airport, and Utah Lake. Ideal for families, business travelers, and sports fans! Book your stay today! No smoking/vape We have a Ring doorbell camera on the front door and back patio. There are no cameras inside the property. We have a noise monitoring system. ❖ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. ❖ There is a $75 fee per 3o minutes for all unapproved late departures. ❖ No smoking ANYWHERE. If there is any evidence of smoking discovered in the unit or on the porch/balcony a $200 fine will be imposed immediately. ❖ We are not responsible or liable for any accident, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises, or in or around the hot tub/pool area. ❖ No disturbances to other residents. This includes loud music, loud noises, or any other type of disturbances. As per local ordinances quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am. There will be a shipping and handling fee for returning requested items to you. ❖ Please help keep our towels white by not using them for makeup or cleaning. We stayed 4 nights and it was a great experience! The two-bedroom apartment was very clean, spacious, thoughtfully decorated and well laid out. Even though it’s in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet inside—we rarely heard any outside noise or noise from neighbors.The location was convenient, with many restaurant options nearby. We also appreciated having TVs in both bedrooms as well as in the main living area.
