« We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

« Our group of 12 all stayed comfortably. Everyone loved the pproperty. Nothing was missing. Location was great, close to lots of great restaurants. Parking is a nightmare but that’s city life and nothing to do with the property itself. That being said, the neighbors were friendly with one even helping us find a parking spot right nearby. The owners also recommended a parking lot about a mile away. Communication was great, and we had no issues whatsoever. This will be the first place we look up...

« The house and location where great only few small suggestions. 1st backyard could use a little attention. 2nd a few more pillows blankets and towels would be great. We contacted the host and had towels within an hour so that was great. Finally the massage chair was broken which wouldn't have been as big a deal if we know. But we all have back problems and would have brought our ouwn massage cushions. »

Nice bathrooms, kitchen & bedrooms. We were there over the 4th of July, and we didn’t even have a lot of noise! »
