The location was convenient and easy to find. It was outside of town, but close enough to get to stores and restaurants. It was an easy commute to the Redwoods! The view from the third floor was AMAZING! It was quiet, clean and had everything we needed. You can walk to the beach (Lone Ranch Beach) to the north through the trail by the bench area on the north side of the parking lot or from the marker for the trailhead on Hwy 101 outside the gate. The path to the beach is steep but manageable in sandals. Kitchen and baths were dated but functional. Short distance from town. The wifi and tv didn't work, but after speaking with the property manager they provided us a discount. Wish there were more games or cards to play in the evenings since the tv didn't work. The one deck of cards provided was missing the 8 of diamonds. Would stay here again. ##### seth a. We were a little disappointed that the accessible beach area was small and mostly large rocks and logs. But, the location is close to many other nice walking beachs. Also, disappointed in the fireplace because the only fuel was 1 duralog.
