The Sea Treasures Inn is centrally located just one block from downtown, so you will have no trouble making your way to the core of this quaint beach town. There is public beach access just two blocks away at the west end of N 3rd Avenue where you will find long stretches of beach to explore in either direction.

Older property with a great location

Check-in was a breeze with detailed instructions and no hiccups. The property is older with some new updates like laminate flooring. Linens and appliances were clean and the room was comfortable. Being an older property the walls are quite thin and don’t provide a whole lot of noise insulation. For location, you can’t beat it. The beach is literally just around the corner. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

We never saw a dumpster and werent aware of the code until we had checked out and left, then were given a key and told there was one. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and a beautiful room!

Absolutely a horrible property

This place was disgusting. Dirty, Old, motel, Randown, it STUNK of mold- wet dog, towels, linens were dirty. Hair in the tub and on our bed. TV did not work, shower dripped water, unable to even shower. ABSOLUTE a Complete waist of ALOT of money. They should have never charged what they did. Do NOT rent any unit on this property. This place is horrible.

Fourth of July weekend.

Not the best place to have a pet on 4th of July week. Loud noises all of our 5 nights. We had Cable issues and had no TV for 2 days. Beaches difficult to maneuver slipped on rocks.

Interesting Stay

When we arrived, the check in process was simple. However, we had just come from our wedding, and desperately wanted a shower. We quickly found out that the hot water did not work, which was extremely disappointing. We could not stay our second night without having access to hot water. There was also no call or message from the host regarding the hot water issue. Extremely disappointing.

Likes: Proximity to both highway and beach; has covered balcony; close, on-site parking; bright site lighting and room lighting; nice-size TV, dining/work table; fridge and microwave; spacious, clean and pleasant interior. Dislikes: Coffee and mugs were provided, but no coffee pot in the coffee maker; room heaters, bathroom electrical (lights, exhaust fan, heat, hot water, and internet) did not work our first night. The entry door was also missing weatherstripping so large gaps around the door let cold air, sound and light into the room (luckily the outside temperature was above 40 degrees that night). Vacasa customer service did their best to try to resolve the heater/bathroom/internet issues over the phone, but no one was available to physically check the electrical until the next morning. Electrical and internet switched on and off at least three times during the morning, so we could not take showers or get our email work done until our second night.

Great stay

Great location, close to beach, stores, shops and restaurants. The room is remodeled so it does not feel dated. There is parking for your boat/ truck on the street if you are coming to the area to crab and fish. My only criticism would be the bed needs a new mattress. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Not as clean as the day so Covid

The property overall was fine, great location. The fact that they push check in to 4 pm and now make you check out at 10:00 am due to Covid cleaning is understandable but it should be well cleaned. It was obvious that things like the remote and light switches were not cleaned. We brought our own cleaning supplies to ensure our safety but don’t say it’s for our protection due to extra cleaning when that is not the case. We requested early check in prior to our stay and it was not granted. We arrived at 2pm, there was a sign that said come back at 4 we are cleaning your unit. We sent a message to the rental team and asked if we could check in. No response. Turns out they were not cleaning the unit, it had been finished. But they just leave the sign on the door and don’t want you to check in early even if it’s ready for your stay. I don’t understand that point of view as it’s just good customer service to allow an early check in if the unit is ready.
