"The property is amazing! Stayed here for about 3 nights and all nights I couldn’t get enough of it. First, the room was clean, charming and had an amazing view of the ocean. Although I only paid for a partial view, it seemed like I got a complete view and I couldn’t have been more happy. It was very clean and quiet and while I thought having no AC would be a problem, it surprisingly wasn’t. They provided a portable fan but the main AC came from opening the window which I thought was a nice touch. The breakfast was amazing, they had sausage, egg and potato’s as well as other things too. It was placed near the shopping center and boardwalk, and right along the beach which were all walkable! The staff were very friendly and easy going, I loved this place and I plan on coming back again very soon!"

"I was in Newport for a family & Friend celebration weekend to launch a law school career and stayed at OYO Waves because it was close to our venue and highly recommended. I was very happy with my large, modern, renovated, light filled room. I had an ocean front room and it was magnificent to be steps away from the ocean! The staff was also friendly and helpful. There was even breakfast included, access to a large fitness facility with swimming pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. I’d definitely stay there again. "
