"Wow! What a pleasant surprise. Park Lane Suites and Inn is located in a wonderful walkable neighborhood (steep walking so I caution those with mobility challenges). Washington Park is a beautiful city park up the hill from the Inn and has lots to see and enjoy (nature and exhibit's like the international rose garden). Within Washington Park is the Japanese garden (entrance fee) and nearby is the zoo (didn't visit). Check in was a breeze and warmly welcomed by Mar at the front desk. Mar was so helpful, she took the time to explain directions and offer guidance on the local parks. The lobby is 24/7 with water, coffee, tea and apples. Morning has cookies that I will assume go quickly. The property has the main building and an annexed building across the street. All are exterior entrances. We opted for a 1st floor unit as there is no elevator. Well equipped and clean rooms. Will definitely return for a visit. Thank you Mar!"
