Discover this charming studio, perfectly designed for couples or solo travellers. The accommodation offers a comfortable atmosphere across 55 square metres and features a private parking space directly at the building.   
  
The studio impresses with its well-equipped kitchen featuring a cooker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and complete kitchen equipment. The interior also includes a fireplace for cosy evenings, WiFi access, satellite TV, and central heating for pleasant temperatures.   
  
The shared swimming pool invites relaxation and complements the attractive outdoor areas. The terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities offers a wonderful space for relaxed outdoor hours. From here, you can also enjoy a breathtaking sea view.   
  
The location is ideal: only 300 metres from the beach, 200 metres from the supermarket, and 400 metres from the bus stop. The rural, quiet surroundings guarantee relaxation and seclusion.

Sehr schöne FeWo mit guter Ausstattung und toller Lage in Orebic. Ruhe, Strand, Fähre, Einkaufen, alles in direkter Nähe. Die Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls im großzügigen Haus und sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr gerne wieder.

#### Wonderful hillside getaway near busy little seaside town

We really enjoyed our stay in the Orebic studio apartment. Great pool, amazing view, and cute & comfortable accommodations. Our host, Niko, was so pleasant and gracious. He helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations, and he even offered us wine and fresh figs from his garden when we arrived! He also has a lot of knowledge about local wine, which we were glad to learn about. \*One thing to note, the property is located up a steep hill which some might find tiresome when walking back up from the beach or town (less than a mile). We were OK with the exercise, though!
