Our two teen kids slept really well in the “cubby bunks” tucked in the bedroom. The bed space seemed bigger than a twin to us. Everything is new and nice. We loved having the hot tub on the deck with easy access and a great view. Much less crowded than Springdale. A tiny bit on the tight side for family of 4 with bigger teenagers but still worked pretty well. Hot tub was great. Please note that although only 20 minutes to east entrance of Zion, it’s a good 45 minutes to get to the visitor center where Zion Canyon shuttle stops to go to the more popular trail heads.
