High Desert Home is a modern luxury retreat near Zion and Bryce with 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 2 half baths. Enjoy panoramic views of the Coral Pink Cliffs, a large deck with a fire pit, private hot tub, cedar sauna, game room with arcade, ping pong, and air hockey, and a full theater room. With designer finishes, a chef’s kitchen, and space to sleep a crowd, this is the perfect base for your Utah adventure.  
  
Step inside to vaulted wood ceilings, an open-concept great room, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning red rock scenery. The fully stocked kitchen features high-end appliances, a massive island, and plenty of space for group meals and hangouts. A cozy gas fireplace anchors the living room, and the dining area seats everyone comfortably with views all around.  
  
You’ll find five spacious bedrooms, each with thoughtful design and plenty of natural light:  
  
• Primary King Suite – private balcony, spa-style bathroom with soaking tub & double shower  
• Two additional King Suites – each with a private ensuite bathroom  
• Family Double Room – includes two double beds  
• Bunk Room – features 2 twin bunk beds, 1 twin bed, 1 twin-over-full bunk, plus 2 rollaway twin cots—perfect for kids, teens, or groups of friends  
  
Each bathroom features walk-in showers, warm finishes, and modern fixtures.
