Your 60m² apartment in Orcières for 5 people consists of:

\- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, raclette machine, crockery and kitchen utensils);  
\- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (1x1 pers 90x190)  
\- Bedroom 2: 1 single bed (1x1 pers 90x190) 2 bunk beds (2x1 pers 90x190)  
\- A bathroom with a bathtub, and a toilet;  
\- The accommodation is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, blankets and pillows;  
\- Public and free outdoor parking subject to availability and not guaranteed  
  
The Les Marmottes 2 residence is ideally located:  
\- 450 metres from the ski lifts  
\- 50 metres from the equipment rental;  
\- 450 metres from the small shops;  
  
Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:  
\- End-of-stay cleaning: €70  
\- Bed linen pack: €16 / bed

A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
