"We had to leave after one day as a fuse blew. Once we left the property the host started calling and cursing stating we put hole in the house and we destroyed his basement in which it was locked and we did not access. He stated all this damage was from when a toilet overflow happened, the toilet caused a small puddle we cleaned it up and that was the end. There was nothing broken there was a hole created by a door and we took responsibility for that and he had kept our full 1500 for that repair. He harassed and threatened to call the police. I asked for pictures from before for the basement and he just got angrier and started saying we caused more damage and we didn’t cause any damage.I believed he was trying to scam us into giving more money, I was afraid he would come to my home and hurt me.I don’t know why he kept adding g more stuff that was supposed to be damaged but no pictures except the basement which looks like the damage has been there for awhile.My uncle is a building inspector and he stated that would not happen in one night and from a toilet."

"Do not stay here. Room was dirty, smelly, hot, and run down. People just walking around everywhere in the parking lot and hanging out in lobby. "

"The breakfast buffet lacked coffee, had to ask and it was delivered. There was an unsupervised, sneezing child in the buffet area, witnessed the child sneezing into the bagel container. The buffet needs a drain to dump out beverages. The room was functional at best, lacked normal amenities like drawers and perhaps a microwave. Some smell in the pillows"

"This room was so nice and clean, it had enough luxury without being too much and we got everything we needed for a reasonable price. I thank the staff for getting us what we needed soon after requesting it. This hotel is also in a nice community ,this is hands down by far the best room we've had in a long time, Thank you and I highly recommend to anyone who will be in the Schaumburg area to consider this hotel. 10 stars."

"The property was perfect for what we needed. Clean inside and comfortable beds. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. The yard had some garbage and the fence was broken, that would have been a really nice bonus to be able to use that, but over all the stay was great and we would stay again. "
