Just a few minor things such as the grill gas tank was empty when we tried to use however they did bring a new tank but then would not stay lit due to wind and we were unable to use. The secondary bathroom had drainage issues and we had to plug every so often to drain. The stove is gas and the lighter provided to light it was empty but we did have matches with us.
