The very spacious 4-bed penthouse has a stunning private roof pool and sky lounge with views around the island and is the perfect vacation rental providing a unique and truly memorable Caribbean living experience. Perfect for Aruba's “One Happy Workation” - High-speed Wi-Fi everywhere and plenty of spaces to work! This large top floor penthouse apartment is fully air-conditioned, is accessible by elevator, has its own parking space and is perfect for families and groups. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area and 4 air-conditioned bedrooms all with ensuite showerrooms. Luxury living, exclusivity and comfort, the penthouse boasts a fantastic private rooftop pool and sky lounge, great for relaxing, playing and entertaining where you can enjoy the warm ocean breezes. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and comfortable seating areas great for socialising. The entire space is yours, there are no shared amenities and you can enjoy your stay in complete privacy. We at Bocobay are the on the ground vacation operator, and are on hand 24/7 to provide assistance and advice. From questions about the penthouse to helping choose the very best of what Aruba has to offer, our local team is on hand to help with anything at any time! All taxes and utilities are included. When comparing please check as many other rentals do not include these costs. The top floor penthouse is accessed via an elevator. The rooftop pool and sky lounge is accessed via a spiral staircase. The penthouse is accessed via keyless digital door locks, we will provide the codes prior to your check-in. The penthouse, rooftop pool and sky lounge are all yours with complete privacy; there are no shared amenities. The penthouse has its own parking space included. Car rental is easy and inexpensive, we can advise. Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply. The penthouse is in the heart of Oranjestad, opposite the exclusive Renaissance Hotel and seafront beach, next to Aruba’s parliament and close to the many fashionable bars, restaurants and shops of the capital. Our annual girls trip was amazing and largely due to this wonderful property in a great location. The property is just as the pictures show, but the view of the island from the rooftop cannot be captured in words. Just beautiful! The condo comes equipped with everything you need and is right in the heart of downtown so your a short walking distance from some of the top Aruba restaurants. Please take advantage of the concierge services offered by the property. Our airport transportation was on time and communication was top notch! We had an onsite spa day where the massage therapist came onsite and did 3 ladies massages as the same time. Kathy and her team was amazing and highly recommend them! We enjoyed great views from the rooftop pool and we were able to walk to several local restaurants and shops. The hosts were extremely responsive to our questions and fulfilled all of our needs. This property is in a central location and we could walk to several local establishments. Even though it was located close to the cruise ship terminal, we never needed to wait to grab a bite to eat, or in any lines for drinks and coffee. This unit came with a parking spot. Everything was as described. The penthouse floor was incredible with the pool. We played cards up there as a family almost every night. I would highly recommend. We only had two critiques - the AC unit in the Main bedroom could not keep up and in spite of the host sending a repair person, it was not completely fixed and we ended up sleeping in the smallest room instead, and that room was nice and cold. Lastly, the shower drains seemed to have some clogging and we had to take quick showers so as not to overflow onto the floor. We did provide this feedback to the host, and I am sure they will address both issues. We enjoyed this rental very much! ##### catherine b. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, the dining area seats 8 and the bedrooms are quite comfortable. Each room had its own air conditioner. The location is excellent and the staff was very helpful from beginning to end. We had never been to Aruba before and needed some help getting our bearings. Someone arrived to help us within an hour of our arrival. The balcony was long enough for all five of us to bring chairs out to watch the Carnaval Parade! We had no idea it was happening until after we booked our trip. There are many good restaurants and shops nearby. I felt very safe walking the neighborhood. Note - We do have a few suggestions To make guests more comfortable upon arrival, the apartment should be supplied with ample paper towels, have toilet paper on the holders in each bathroom and shower gel or soap. For five women one roll of TP each is not nearly enough. Perhaps update the apartment's description to state that the pool area is semi-private, not private. Thanks! ##### Cheryl Z.
