Convenient location, across from amazing Eagle Beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to resorts guests. Property restaurants are excellent. Friendly and great concierge service. Decent casino. Great grocery store nearby. Studio unit smelled a bit musty but otherwise was clean and comfortable.

The location is perfect, the room was clean, neat, and comfortable. A bit disappointed in that there were huge areas blocked off for construction, and no mention or note of that. This included the main pool area. I think that is a pretty big deal, and should have been mentioned. We love the location, with the beach & Super Food being ideal and easy walking.

Place was mid. Beach is phenomenal, except for the raw sewage smell. Resort would have received a 4/5 overall if the pool wasn’t under construction. Room very clean. Service staff responsive to all requests. Manager Christian was a great communicator.

This is not a VRBOwner!! This is a fill in organization that wanted us to move our room 4 times in the 11 days we stayed. No ocean view like the pictures. Couldn’t get a hold of owner to complain. Deceitful!!!

#### It was ok

The units are great, location great. What we were disappointed with was the pool was closed for renovations leaving small pool which people claimed tables and chairs in the middle of the night taking them all and nothing was done. Palapa's same thing. People going down between 2-4am to take the first couple of rows every day. Waiting for chairs at 6am then leave, come back for an hour and leave again until noon. Families didn't stand a chance getting near the pool or a decent palapa. System for both should be changed.

Property is in a nice location near beautiful beach. It was a construction zone with the pool tore up in the center of the property. The real issue is they force you to switch rooms & you need to vacate from 11-4 which is unacceptable. As a guest you have entered into a contract for those dates.

#### Great spot in eagle beach

Excellent location. Friendly staff. 2 nice pickleball courts. The main pool was under construction (this should have been in the listing) and will be for all of 2025\. That was not in the listing. They do have a pool open but it is smaller and cramped as there are too few chairs. Otherwise everything was great

The main swimming pool is closed for renovation (Feb 2025) the other two pools open, but very crowded. Expedia did NOT have an updated photo, nor mention the closed pool and we were lead to believe the pool was open. Rooms were nice and it was right across the beach, so easy to get to. Bus stop close and grocery store nearby.
