PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Experience tranquility and tropical charm in this newly redecorated Palm by the Sea Two-bedroom condo, with elegant, modern furniture and decorations that combine a palm tree-inspired and natural hues, the ideal representation of its name. Nestled within the renowned LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, featuring a resort pool, lush landscaping, and just minutes' walk from the famous Eagle Beach. The balcony with dining and seating area that spans the living room and both bedrooms is the perfect spot for soaking in Aruba's sunshine and creating lasting memories with stunning, tranquil tropical views. The open living area with sofa-bed (queen-size mattress), a TV, a round dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge and 4 bar stools. Just off the entrance hallway, there is a half bathroom and a laundry room with a stackable washer-dryer and utility storage space. Primary bedroom includes: \- King-size bed \- Direct access to the balcony \- TV with desk and chair \- En-suite bathroom with a shower and walk-in closet with 2 safety boxes. Second bedroom includes: \- - This room has two European twin beds that can be converted into a European king (this setup will have a connector and topper included). The photos show both setups, and please let us know your preferred setup before arrival \- Direct access to the balcony \- TV, chair and built-in closet \- En-suite bathroom with a shower.
