Located within a 5 minute walk from Eagle Beach, one of the most beautiful beach of the world. This fully equipped unit is designed with your comfort and experience in mind and it will certainly make your visit to Aruba a vacation to remember. This fabulous condo is located in a gated community called The Pearl Condo with 24/7 security and offers an external parking space, beautiful pools and Jacuzzi. The condo is nicely decorated with a modern kitchen that can easily accommodate 4 people. It includes everything you need to prepare a good meal if you don't feel like going out (stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and cookware). The relaxing bedroom has a king size bed, a working desk for laptop. The spacious living room has a queen size sofa-bed that can sleep two additional guests, Smart TV so you can enjoy an evening at home. It is equipped with A/C and you also have laundry facilities available for all units for a small fee. A balcony overlooking the pools is equipped with patio chairs so you can enjoy a drink after a day at the beach or your morning coffee while you plan your upcoming activities of the day. This condo also includes free Wi-Fi, linens and towels. Our goal is to provide you with a "home sweet home" experience. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your stay without any worries. There are no cleaning services during your stay. The cleaning fee only covers the check-out cleaning. In the area: Everything you need is by walking distance : beach, grocery stores, restaurants. For anything that would require a car you can easily rent one from the airport or close to the condo. Ce condo est entièrement équipé et est conçu pour votre confort et une belle expérience qui fera de votre visite à Aruba des vacances inoubliables. Ce fabuleux condo est situé dans une communauté avec sécurité 24/7 appelée The Pearl Condo Hotel. Il offre un espace de stationnement extérieur, de très belles piscines et un jacuzzi. Le condo est joliment décoré avec une cuisine moderne pouvant accueillir facilement 4 personnes. Il comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un bon repas si vous ne souhaitez pas sortir (cuisinière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetière, grille-pain et batterie de cuisine). La chambre relaxante a un lit king size, un bureau pour ordinateur portable. Le salon est spacieux et dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size pouvant accueillir deux personnes supplémentaires. Short walk to Eagle Beach. A small mall is a short drive away with good options for Chinese, Italian, pizza, burgers, and wraps for take out. Condo is basic, lighting okay, with a nice small kitchen and large dining table. Bed is firm, shower and bath were fine. Only downside is the small outdoor patio overlooks a building instead of the pool or something scenic. Shame not to be able to sit outside with a nice view for breakfast or drinks in the evening. But there are tables in the common area around the pool to make up for it. There is a small spa located in the complex that offers a great massage! ##### Iris J. The location is amazing—Eagle Beach, with its powdery white sand and warm turquoise waters, is a quick 5-minute walk away. Having such a beautiful beach nearby was truly special, and it felt like stepping into a postcard every time we visited. The condo itself was perfect! It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had all the comforts of home. We loved the tasteful décor, spacious layout, and cozy bed that made it easy to relax after each day's adventures. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was great for preparing our own meals. Danielle and Maurice were fantastic hosts—responsive, kind, and thoughtful. They made sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable, which really enhanced our experience. And the weather? It was simply perfect: warm, sunny, and just what you'd want for a tropical escape. This was my 2nd stay at the condo, I loved it so much I came back for a week with my college-aged daughter. The condo was exactly as I remembered. We took pilates classes each morning at IG: @bluespacearuba (studio conveniently located in the complex), Owner Gabby is a gem!! Enjoyed morning cold brews at Clover Coffee (2 min) walk, and spent most of our time across the way at Eagle Beach (it is a 6 min walk). We ventured out to the National Parks to see the caves on the other side of the island. 10-15m ride to High Rise and downtown (I'd avoid cruise ship days). I picked the Pearl based on previous experience and the wonderful bar that used to be open for late night drinks. It wasn’t this time! Not only did it close at 10, but the new management sucked! I’ve never met a more RUDE human being on such a “Happy Island!” Because I had stayed there before and loved the previous management, I was curious as to what happened and where he had moved on to. Well, I guess inquiring about another person, who was wonderful at making customers feel welcome, was the wrong approach! So, I just spent my money elsewhere! As I sat at the pool and looked into his empty bar, I now understand why it was so empty! So for that reason, I didn’t give it a 5 star review. Our check-in was seamless and contactless. 15m ride to and from airport. Centrally located to High Rise, Eagle Beach, Downtown, etc. Taxis are quick and reasonably priced. The condo is just perfect. We had all amenities, pool access, mini markets and Clover coffee within walking distance- Eagle Beach is a 5min walk. Clean-up and check out was easy breezy. Danielle was always prompt in responding to e mails too. The Condo is about a 7 minute walk to Eagles Beach and I also loved the convenience of the mini market nearby. The Zucchini restaurant is right across the street with a delicious menu but you had better make reservations. All in all we were both happy with The Pearl Condo.
