We are located in a Gated Community, 300 meters from Eagle Beach, the best beach in Aruba. White sand and crystal water. Our beautiful modern Townhouse has two floors with 2 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms and a ½ guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room, private balcony, private terrace and a peaceful view of the garden and the pool area.

Master bedroom has 1 King and 1 Twin bed, 46’ TV, Walk-in closet, private bathroom and a balcony with a lovely view of the gardens and the pool area. The second bedroom has a Queen and a Twin bed, 43’ TV, Closet and a private Bathroom. Both rooms and bathrooms are fully equipped with towels, linens, sheets, and pillows .

Fully equipped kitchen with automatic dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and oven, spacious refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, electrical can opener, and for 6 people kitchen small wares and tableware (Wine, Champagne, and Water glasses Mugs, Plates, Cutting boards, Knifes, Cooking utensils, and more.

Worrying about washing your clothes? We have a private laundry room with a washing machine/semi dryer (this is for reservations of 10 days and more, less than 10 days will have an extra charge)

You will have access to all the communal areas of the condominium: Pool, Gym, Hut, and Parking Garage.

Interaction with guests
Most of the time we are available 24/7 online or by phone. If we are not around on the island, we have a manager who will take care of everything you will need to be relaxed. Once you booked with us, we will send you a Letter of Instruction that contains all contact information.

The Neighborhood:
We are located 300 meters away (walking distance) from Eagle Beach, the best beach in Aruba with a perfect view of white sand and crystalline waters. There are tons of water activities you can enjoy .

Walking distance: Just next to the Townhouse we have a bike store and a restaurant called Zuzuroh. In the corner we have Screaming Eagle Restaurant (very famous and delicious). 5 minutes away from a big Golf camp. 10 minutes away from Alambra Mall & Casino (there are some restaurants and food chains like Subway, Juan Valdez Café, Dunkin Donuts…)

By Car: we are located 10 minutes away from Downtown. 5 minutes away from the Hotel Zone (with a street full of restaurants, bars, clubs, and casinos…). 5 minutes away from Super Food (which is a huge grocery store)

Getting around:
There is no need to rent a car. If you are looking for an adventure , take a tour for the island with an ATV, horse, or bike!!. If you are looking to relax , just take a taxi from the airport and enjoy. There is good public transportation if you want to go somewhere.
Our townhouse is next to a bus station that will take you all over the island! Beaches, shopping centers, casinos, restaurants, and more ...
In case you don't want to wait or if you want to go out at night, there are plenty of taxis !!
In case you decide to rent a car, we have a private parking space set aside for you.

Awesome location!
This was everything we expected when booking. Chantal was great, drove over when we got turned around and couldn't seem to find it. We had plenty of chairs and other water toys which we put in the trunk of our rental as we explored the entire island. There were some friends who were on Aruba while we were there, and we cooked dinner for them, the kitchen is very adequately appointed if cooking is part of your plans. The best thing is certainly the location. While in fact only 300 yards to Eagle Beach, we drove the car to carry chairs, noodles and a cooler. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Awesome stay.

The property is a 5min walk to the beach at best. Just down the street. Plenty of room for my friend and I. We felt super safe and comfy. We also rented the car from the owner which made exploration so much easier. Great combo.

Great Location
The location is great. Less than 10 minute walk to Eagle Beach. The condo and surrounding area very safe. The pool is very small and not heated. Communication with Leon was great. Chantel was our contact and she did a wonderful job. Met us at the unit and check in was a breeze. Handled any issues or questions we had quickly and efficiently. I gave a 3 star rating because the unit just needs some TLC. With that it would easily be a 4+. The décor of the place just looks a little dated. Kitchen was good but was marginally apportioned. Several plates and cups are chipped and the glasses are all stained. The stove and oven worked well but all the numbers are worn off the front so you don't know what temp you are on. Fridge works well but is noisy. Dinning and family area are good size with a huge dining table. The couch is quite dirty and stained and needs cleaned or replaced. Great beach chairs, cooler and other beach items provided. The beds were very comfortable. However the linens for the king bed need to be replaced. Both sets have stains on them and one has holes in them. Great storage for both bedrooms. Had to use the same tv remote for upstairs and downstairs which was a pain. A few bucks for an extra remote would make a difference. The lights above the vanity in the master didn't work and looked like they had been unhooked because there were bare wires above the mirror. Overall the lighting in the whole unit was a little dim, but I understand that as they are paying the electricity. All AC's worked well. Showers worked well and had plenty of hot water. We were there for 5 weeks (Feb 2020) and were comfortable but I feel a few dollars invested would do wonders for the place. Aruba overall is a very clean and safe island with many wonderful beaches. However if you don't like the wind, don't go. It are almost always over 20mph and often gusting to 30+.

This is a great property with a location not directly on the beach. A few things didn't work (oven, dishwasher, back hatch on the car) but it was far from a deal breaker. 5 minute walk to the beach was great. A special shout out to Chantal (property manager). She was helpful and attentive.

Eagle Beach in June
We just finished 2 weeks in June at this property. The townhouse is very clean, we opted to have housekeeping come in an extra time one week into our stay. The house is well stocked and Margaret/Leon are very responsive any time you need them. There are beach towels provided and that was nice as it frees up the room in the luggage. There were also toys and some snorkel stuff on site. There is a big drying rack for the clothes. We were staying for 2 weeks so we were able to do laundry on site, which was nice. We did rent a car and I would recommend getting a car if you are traveling as a family. Aruba, in general, lacks sidewalks sometimes. We always felt safe walking around as it is a very safe island, but getting around in the heat or in the evenings--having a car was nice. We went to the SuperFood grocery store for all our food needs. We also dined at many of the restaurants around. Eagle Beach is great and wasn't very busy. We did see one batch of leatherback turtles hatch from many of the nests along the beach, that was a very cool experience! Eagle beach is not as busy as Palm beach so it was perfect for our family. We spent a lot of mornings by the pool and we met maybe 3 other families the entire time, the pool didn't seem very busy. The maintenance came every morning to clean the pool. Windy climate of the island brings debris into the pool, it's inevitable, but there is always people around taking care of the property. The pool on site has a large-ish shallow end, my 5 year old son really enjoyed it. There is a bathroom right by the pool so it's very convenient for breaks, you don't have to walk your child back to the townhouse. having a car made it easy to visit many other beaches (i.e. Arashi--great for snorkeling and Baby Beach, great for small children). Until the end of Summer 2019 there is A LOT of construction happening with the roads around the island so be prepared for some detours and 'traffic' that's not typical. When the construction wraps, the roads in that area will be even more accessible.

Great location - all the essentials for the beach!
The home was clean and Leon was very responsive. We had a little trouble with getting in touch with the property manager at times but if we contacted Leon, he responded very quickly. The property manager was also very friendly and helpful. She replenished wash clothes when needed and gave tips for places. The property is walking distance to the beach and places to eat. There was also beach towels, a cooler bag and beach chairs to take to the beach. The pool was nice on the windy days to avoid getting hit with the sand at the beach. Overall we would stay again. The water doesn’t get hot but also wasn’t freezing. WiFi was reliable downstairs and one of the bedrooms. The area had a lot of construction when we stayed there so I’m sure there will be additional things to do in the area soon. The cost was reasonable, location was great. I would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect from booking to the condo. The condo is beautiful and well maintained. Everything you need to make the most if your stay, cook and enjoy the beaches was included. Grounds and pool are wonderful. Short walk to eagle beach and some nice restaurants and with the ability to rent the owners car the majority of the island is accessible. The best part however may have been the owner Leon. He was so helpful in planning our trip and while we were here. I couldn't say enough nice things about him. He helped make our vacation unforgettable.

Convenient location, nice and big enough property
The communication with Leon is very smooth and easy. Quick and punctual replies, exactly how I like. The property itself is on a very convenient location, close to the beach, shopping center, Big food supermarket store, and a very nice restaurant. In short - exactly what we needed. There is enough place for six persons, very good and new furniture, and a fully boarded kitchen. The offer for a car is very helpful and a good price too. I will definitely recommend Leon and his beautiful property to anyone looking where to stay in Aruba. I am fully satisfied with my choice. Thank you, Leon !

Very nice , clean apartment, 3-5 min walk to the beach
The apartment is very spacious, duplex with 2 bedrooms on and 2 bathrooms, plenty of closet space on the second floor and fully equipped kitchen, living room, dinning area, half bath on the ground floor. Good for a big family. Master bedroom has a king size and twin size beds. Another bedroom has queen and twin size beds. There is a parking space if you rent a car. 3-5 minutes walking to the one of the beautiful beaches in the world. The check in and check out was very smooth thank to Margaret who was very helpful. Thank you Leon for a nice stay.
