Welcome to Aruba!! To our travelers who are looking for a luxury home away from home, here you will find a new exclusive boutique condo. This condo offers 1,325 sq ft of living space with an open concept floor plan and modern decor. When outside on your balcony you will have beautiful views of the pool, luscious green area and most important a view of Eagle beach and nightly views of the sunset. Inside you will find 2 bedrooms, the master has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet with safe, access to the balcony and a private 3pc ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, flat screen TV, large build in closet, access to the balcony and a private 3pc ensuite. The living room area has a leather sofa, large screen TV, access to the balcony and free unlimited WiFi is included plus off to the side is a 3rd 2pc washroom. The kitchen is outfitted with S/S appliances, fridge with ice maker, stove top, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Other small appliances included are a coffeemaker (drip), 2 slice toaster and blender. For your cooking needs we provide pots, pans, dishes, glassware, cutlery and utensils. Whether you want to cook a full course meal or a simple snack, we have you covered.The dining area comes with 4 bar stools and a round glass table seating for 4. In the laundry room you will find a front loader washing machine and dryer, a drying rack, iron, ironing board and laundry basket. We also provide 4 beach chairs (Tommy Bahamas backpack) portable cooler and beach towels. On the balcony you will find sitting for 6 to enjoy the ocean view while having your morning coffee or watching the sunset while having dinner. Our condo is on the 4th floor situated at LeVent Condominiums which offers many amenities. Outside you will have access to 2 bbqs with cooking utensils, a communal outdoor (top covered) al fresco dining area, ice machine, pools, hot tub, gate access from the beach, 24/7 security, ample free parking and a communal sunset rooftop area to enjoy Aruba's sunset. Inside located in the front lobby is a gym and on the other end of the building we also have a day spa (Blue Waters Day Spa) Included with your booking we offer a starter kit of everyday amenities such as laundry detergent, dryer sheets, large and small garbage bags, dishwasher soap, sponge, kitchen towels, toilet paper, hand and body soap and shampoo. The condo was well equipped as advertised. Everything worked. The pool on the property was beautiful and surrounded by manicured and well maintained landscaping. All of the staff at Levent do a great job maintaining the whole property. The walk to spectacular Eagle Beach was a literally 2 to 3 minutes. Levent is on the quieter side of the island which we like. There are still plenty good restaurants within walking distance. Do overlook The Chalet Suise next door for dinner and visit Jonathan for a fantastic Espresso Martini at the bar. Or The Tulip for lunch just between the condo and the beach. This was or 10th or so stay in Aruba and it just keeps getting better. Loved our stay at Levent and if the creek don’t rise and the good lord is willing we’ll be back next year. Jan 13, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Eagle Beach Condo We enjoyed our stay very much and loved being so close to the beach, watching the cruise ships and beautiful sunsets. The condo was pretty well equipped but could have used a few things. The directions for the safe were missing from the book and after I closed it without setting the code, I had to Google how to get it open with the key. Daniela came shortly to help and she was very, very nice. There are no measuring cups in the kitchen and they would have been helpful. We did have a problem with one of the toilet seats and it was to be fixed after we left and that was our idea. Having a half bath is great, too! All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this condo. I would rate it as Very Good if that was an option. The entire complex was very well maintained. ##### Cindy H. You have the perfect view of the sunset every night. The condo was clean and is close to the grocery store. The only issue with this unit was that when we arrived the unit smelled musty. It took running the dehumidifier on high over 24 hours to assist with the smell. If you are sensitive to allergies, this will have an impact. You have to leave the dehumidifier running on high 24/7 and be able to empty it multiple times a day. It will fill up overnight and shut off. We have stayed in other properties and have not had to run a dehumidifier. The property managers were extremely communicative and helpful. Overall this is a lovely unit. ##### Beth B. My husband and I visited Aruba for the first time in February. What a lovely island! Friendly people, beautiful beaches and clear turquoise waters, lots of restaurants with live music and nightly entertainment.We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, and it was as advertised. Fantastic location with great views of the sunset right from our balcony and a 3-minute walk to Eagle Beach! The pool area was beautiful and had many shaded areas, although we had to get out there pretty early to get lounge chairs under the covered areas. The condo was very well-stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, etc. We also really appreciated that there were beach chairs, towels, and a cooler that we could take with us to the beach.The host (Patricia) was wonderful and responded very promptly to answer our questions throughout the booking process and leading up to our arrival.Then Daniela met us at check-in and she was great as well! The check-in process went smoothly, and she told us everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions,If I had one suggestion, it would be to request better pillows and towels. The pillows in the condo were pretty flat on both beds and the towels were quite thin, but that was minor compared to all of the positives. Feb 25, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy #### Great location I have stayed at Le Vent for 3 trips now-2 stays in this unit and another stay in another unit. Location is great-easy access to the beach. The pool was incredibly busy this trip-chairs were all taken by 8am several days. I wouldn’t say this unit is as well stocked as the other unit I stayed but it is adequate. It would also be nice if this unit had a drain on the dehumidifier (as the other unit in which I stayed did) as I had to empty it about 3x/day. The check in process was very confusing, despite having been here 3 years in a row. Our unit wasn’t ready when we arrived as VRBO has check-in listed as 3pm but the property manager told us it should be 4pm. This LeVent unit on the fourth floor had amazing views, was very quiet and walkable to so many wonderful places and easily accessible to Eagle Beach. The pool was lovely with great amenities and very entertaining with the iguanas chasing each other around! We were greeted by the property manager making sure that we understood and could find everything. She saw us and checked in more than once during our stay. Super Foods was a 2 minute drive. The best Dutch cheese shop for an amazingly simply and wholesome breakfast was just a 10 minute walk from our unit, which we visited several times while there. It was call Keshi di Hulanda and is owned by a father/daughter duo. All of the staff know good food, drink and cheese in there! Very friendly with good cappuccino. Even though the weather was a bit quirky (according to the locals) for the time of year we were there, it was really mostly reliable. It rained but often just a quick shower. Everyone we met was very friendly and the island felt like a very safe place to visit. We never had a language barrier as most speak great English, We had an amazing day at the National Park and would encourage a day to go there and be sure to go to the natural pool with a Jeep or 4x4 to enjoy a swim. We visited most of the island and the location of our unit was pretty close to perfect! We didn't want for much of anything! Thank you Patricia, Daniella and Sonaly! ##### TRACY A. Patricia was quick to respond to my questions and Daniela was an absolute delight! The condo was immaculate and spacious. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. The facility itself was very quiet while we were there. The lobby and hallways were always clean. The pool was so serene. We loved the iguanas that would visit at a distance! One nice thing about the pool area is that there is music playing all of the time. The mix was great and provided for a very relaxing environment. The only downside to the facility is that the balcony lights stay on all night. I read other reviews about that but it really did take away from the sunset times, etc. We would have loved to just sit outside in the dark and enjoy the peace and quiet but it felt like you were sitting in a fishbowl. The walk to beach is takes less than 5 minutes so that was no problem. There are chairs, coolers and a sun shade at the condo. If you decide to stay here, you MUST go to the onsite spa! I was so satisfied with my massage that I went back the next day for a facial! They really are wonderful ladies there! The only very, very slight comments that I would make would be that the beds are a bit hard and the towels really need to be replaced. The bath and beach towels, except for a few bath towels, were very thin. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend!! I will definitely rent this unit again the next time we visit the beautiful island of Aruba! ##### Rita R.
