Par contre, nous avons voulu un upgrade pour un plus grand lit ou une chambre à lit double mais la seule solution pour y arriver était de prendre une seconde chambre... le problème étant que la réservation avait été faite et payée via Hotel.com. L’hôtel n'a jamais voulu accepter un paiement supplémentaire pour conclure l'upgrade. Nous avons donc dormi dans un plus petit lit!!!
