This is a secluded 2-story back house with large yard and private deck with dedicated parking spot, plus plenty of street parking. Did we mention we just finished a complete renovation? This back house is centrally located to all Orange County has to offer. Only 10 minutes from Disneyland, 20 minutes to Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, and walking distance to the famous Orange Circle and Chapman University. At the Circle you’ll find lots of great restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Heating and cooling operated well and quietly. Fan in bedroom only worked when overhead entry light was on, which was a disappointment. Burt, the resident dog was delightful, friendly, welcoming and a treat to meet. All the details for check in were provided in advance, making it super easy! The property owner touched base with us to ensure we knew to reach out with any needs and responded very quickly when a question came up. The property was very clean, bed was super comfy, and it has everything you need for a home away from home atmosphere.
