Your luxury retreat includes:

We warmly welcome both families and medical guests. For details on our pet policy and age requirements, please see our House Rules. Our home is also specially suited for medical housing, given our close proximity to major hospitals.  
The age minimum is 23 (families with kids welcome).   
  
To make it more affordable for smaller groups, an extra guest fee of $15 per guest per night applies after 2 people.  
  
For 28+ night stays, please inquire first (not instant book); the following deposits apply: Refundable damage deposit is $100 Refundable cleaning deposit is $260 45-day cancellation policy, &for shortened stays Note:   
  
The cleaning fee for 28+night stays is higher than the short-term cleaning fee in the listing. For stays 28 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is $250\. The difference between this fee & the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking will be collected along with the deposits before check-in.  
  
For your convenience in cleaning up any messes or spills we provide handiwipes and bar rags as an eco-friendly alternative to paper towels. We also provide Swedish dish cloths instead of sponges. There is a sign in the house explaining the benefits, however if you prefer paper towels or sponges during your stay feel free to bring them. We want to prepare you the best we can for an exceptional stay with us.  
  
PETS: We are happy to announce our Happy Paws Community Program to help local animal shelters re-home and save the lives of animals.  
  
We donate 25% of pet fees to a local shelter/animal rescue. We are also launching our Happy Paws promotion for pet parents who help us get the word out about the program.  
To participate, follow the wick and easy steps in the guidebook under “Pet Parents” to post a picture of you and your furry family member. The picture must be posted before check-out and make sure to tag us. The refund will be provided back to you within 5 days of check-out.  
  
The Short Term Pet discounted fee for non-shedding dogs is $25 per night per pet If your dog is on the list we will need a picture of you and your pet(s) (together) submitted prior to check-in day.  
The Short Term regular Pet fee for other dogs or approved pets is $50 per night per pet.  
The Long Term Pet fee (28+ nights or longer) is $150 per dog per month. For non-shedding pets on the list the monthly fee is $95 per month.  
  
There is a refundable pet deposit if more than 2 approved pets of $500.
