This newly renovated cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen, king bed and double spa bath - relax and enjoy your stay. An EV charger has been recently added. Melaleuca Cottage property provides heritage decor. There are beautiful views and a number of areas in which to relax and enjoy the beauty of the four seasons of Orange, with the occasional snowfall. The two air conditioners provide instant warmth. Interaction with guests - Majella and Simon are happy to recommend activities and places to visit - like a walk to Phillip Shaw Winery, or biking routes. We are happy to interact as much, or as little, as you would like. Other things to note From the cottage, Orange town centre is only 3km, Phillip Shaw Winery and the Racecourse are within walking distance (1.5 km) for active visitors. There is easy access to a number of the region's great fine food restaurants, numerous coffee shops, cool climate wineries, Orange Regional Art Gallery, Mount Canobolas, and Wentworth and two great golf courses. Melaleuca Cottage is on a 5 acre block which also has a main house which shares the main driveway. Very well-presented, great communication with the hosts, well equip kitchen, super comfortable king bed, double spa bath, feeding of the animals on site was fun, great location for discovering amazing wineries and we even experience snow. The hosts are so thoughtful and went above and beyond in anticipating your every need. The bed is huge and super comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and we loved the fresh eggs, bread, bacon and local wine! The jura coffee machine was an added bonus! The accommodation is close to town and wineries, all around 5-10 mins away. The cabin is super cosy, spacious and quiet. Everything you are likely to need was provided, including their own honey and eggs The owners have sheep and alpacas that you can be involved with if you wish.
