Hotel was clean and quiet. Reception undergoing renovations. No restaurant for breakfast or meals, was after an ice bucket but they could not provide this. Centrally located, staff friendly.

We stayed for 1 night as we were traveling. For the purpose of our stay it was very pleasant. We were facing the main street and the noise wasn’t too bad. Property was clean and tidy and the staff were very nice. Would definitely stay again.

My room was wonderful, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I would hope for. Donna gave great service and was very helpful dealing with some questions I had. I had a very brief stay but a most enjoyable one.

Great central Orange location. Within walking distance to many dining and drinking options. Hotel itself is clean and tidy. Looks like the rooms have been recently renovated as they are much more modern than the exterior. Very pleasant stay.

The air conditioning is positioned to blow straight up a corridor to the bathroom which vents permanently to the outside air. Also the bathroom light switch activates an exhaust noisy fan which cant be turned off. No problem in daylight but at night its a pest and sucks the warm air straight out of the room into the roof. Even with the aircon on all night the bed area was cold. No sideways vent control. Small issues were a pity as otherwise I would have rated 10 out of ten

Definitely will be staying here again. The bed was the best bed Ive ever slept on, I found out it was an A.H Beard bed and I have ordered one haha. The room has been upgraded and the carpet is so plush. Only downside is there is no microwave and the fan in the bathroom is noisy. Staff were super friendly.

Great little place, great staff, and super easy parking. Would stay again. Suggest the hotel add a pillow top to the bed, and new pillows, wouldn’t cost much and would make a huge difference.

A stay for all occasions
Visited Orange for a wedding. Booked a room at the Caleula due to it's location close to town. The motel is going through a major refurbish program and rooms look fantastic.
