This spacious property features four California king bedrooms and a queen bedroom, along with four full bathrooms. Two of the cal-king bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the other bedrooms share two hallway bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for four. The open-concept dining room and step-down family room offer great space for entertaining. Additionally, the home includes a Laundry Room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as smart 55+ TVs in all rooms. Outside, you'll find a beautiful in-ground pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by a scored concrete deck. There's also a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area with a grill and sink. Please take note of the following details: \- We provide a pack 'n play, a regular stroller, a double stroller, and a highchair with a booster seat for infants and toddlers. \- The family room is equipped with a 75" TV with a DVD player, and high-speed wireless internet. \- The home has central heating and air conditioning. \- The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. \- Additionally, we have a game room with a full-size pool table and ping pong table. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82 This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3\. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. 3 Night Minimum Rental No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.
