Looks are very deceiving, when I booked this hotel through Expedia, the pictures were nice & the hotel look very comfortable, when I arrived at the desk to check in, the man( Jeffery damer) was very vague & not friendly. When I got into my hotel room & begin to settle in, not even a hour later a Big roach started crawling up the Wall, I took pictures for Proof, grabbed my things& exited immediately. Jefferey damer at the front desk was very inconsiderate & would not process a refund or had no sympathy, I had to come back the next day & ask to speak to a manager.

The room was clean and decent. Stayed one night. Not the best but good for a nights stay. Walls a super thin and you could hear everything going on around outside and next door.

I like that the property was next-door to outback steakhouse on the same side of the street. What I did not like about this property was it was filthy. The grounds were unkempt. The sidewalks were filthy. They needed to be pressure washed. The inside bathroom baseboards were healthy with cockroach feces, and a cockroach actually running around on the floor. The desktop was sticky. The bed was uncomfortable and old very very old. The mattress springs were felt in the center of the bed. I would never return to this again. Management did not know how to clear the phone that was blinking all night with a message on it. I won’t be able to have a continental breakfast because I will not be having food for cockroaches were found in the bathroom .

the hotel was great. the only complaint i have is that the bathroom door was a sliding door with frosted glass, little to no privacy. and the front door had a large gap underneath it, large enough for me to put my fingers under it. the bed was amazing! pillows and bed linens were amazing as well, would definitely stay again

Room was run down, broken light fixture in bathroom, paint on bathroom wall was damaged by water, the bathroom was not in good condition. The hottub was not running it was cold and dirty which was one of the main reasons we stayed there. Breakfast was bread and cereal with nasty coffee and juice. The family suites are ok for the price and has 2 rooms in 1. Overall it was ok but definitely not nice looking.

The property is great for the needs of a clean place to spend the night. I will say there was a certain medicinal odor around the property that was very pronounced. They offer a free breakfast which could use a fruit or gluten free alternative. They could also think about getting a new toaster because the ones that they had were not working.

The covers for the bed were dirty. The sheets had other people's hair and were wrinkled. Definitley did not use clean sheets to make the bed!!

Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a cockroach infestation. Although we initially only saw one, by the end of our two-day stay, we had counted a total of five, all of which we had to kill. On the final night, I was awakened by a bedbug crawling along the side of my head. After turning on the light, I saw that the bug had left blood splatters on the bed, which I promptly cleaned up. This experience was terrible, especially considering the amount of money we spent on a room in the entertainment district. Despite my attempts to contact the manager, I was unable to reach them. I did, however, inform the front desk employee of the situation and requested that they inform management and have them call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a call. Needless to say, I will never stay at this location again.

The junior suite was not as it was represented on the site. The man at the front desk was rude and only gave one room key. Pointed me in the direction that was not where the room was and didn't provide a map. The supposed shuttle to Disneyland was a golf cart. The sheets had stains and only two pillows had cases.

When we arrived there was cockroaches in the room, the lamp shades were stained with something, the mini fridge had black stuff in it, not sure if it was mold? The towels provided had holes in them. The property itself had a lot of trash and it smelled.

We have stayed in this area multiple times and this was easily the best room we have had. The staff at the front desk were very kind throughout our stay. Daren was wonderful to get us quickly checked in. We appreciated the large room with 2 bathrooms and were so comfortable every night. The breakfast was not expected when we made the reservation, so we were thrilled to learn it was provided. It was a good meal to start our day. Beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Except for the lack of heat in the hot tub, it was a perfect stay. We will definitely use this hotel for future trips to Buena Park.

My biggest problem was that breakfast was only served 7-9. We didn’t get breakfast any of our 4 day stay (we had to leave by 6:45 each morning), even though the breakfast was the reason I chose this hotel. I can’t think of another hotel that starts breakfast this late, I’ve always seen 6am-9am. My other qualm was there was no place to fill up a water bottle. In the age of hydroflasks/Stanleys everywhere decent has a place to fill one up. This stay was very mid. The room was really nice upon entry, and the bed and bathroom were fine. Literal baby roaches in our room. Walls, floors, shower, bathroom, fixtures, towels were dirty. Smelled like sewer. It was just unpleasant. Would not recommend.
