The location was quite scary for price but what I did like was the elevator. I asked the clerk for a 1st floor room because my elderly parents cannot climb 4 stories high and he did mentioned that ALL 1st floor rooms are 1 bed (not sure how true that is) and that they have an elevator.

Was not a fan of the room. There was a dirty qtip in the window seal, dried pepperoni in the floor, mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower head is made for very very short people.

Not a very desirable area. But when you’re in a bind, you have a roof over your head and decent bed. Lots of wears and tears within the bathroom facility in room location is very sketchy. Not a very well lit location.

We were in town for the Surf City Marathon and picked this hotel for convenience, and was so happy we did! Clean room, friendly staff, easy parking, close to Bella Terra. We will be back next year for sure!
