Hotel was clean and staff was amiable upon a late checkin after Disney. We had a complimentary breakfast for signing up to the rewards program. Breakfast was good and staff was also friendly. After check out was charged 161.74! While room was pre-paid via expedia, turns out the charges were 100 for incidentals and 61.84 for parking one night. The incidentals were refunded after contacting Expedia cust service. However, be warned about parking charges. Reading other reviews, this seems to be an extra charge with inconsistent pricing.

We were here for a basketball tournament so we had multiple rooms booked. At least 4 families, including myself had bugs in their bed and ended up with welts or rashes on their bodies.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming! SHOUTOUT TO CHLOE! one of the best receptionist! The rooms were clean and well made. Overall, great stay and was close to a lot of options of dining. and super close to Disneyland.

I really loved this hotel. The staff was super friendly and kind. My only con would be there wasn’t always someone at the front desk you might have to wait a little bit and the vending machines were never restocked the whole week I was there, other than that I really can’t complain. We were restocked daily with fresh towels and the always made our beds and cleaned the room up. I was concerned they didn’t have a microwave in the room we had a bunch of left overs but there was one down by the vending machine. I was happy about that. It was a nice stay. Definitely would stay here again.

The negatives for this property are pretty minor. Litter is always found outside (even though the staff are always seen cleaning up). But locals and tourists keep them busy by throwing garbage wherever they like. The beds and cabinets in the room were very sqeaky. Otherwise the pool was nicely heated, the staff were wonderful, and the hotel was clean. Also the public transportation to Disneyland stops right in front of the hotel. We were traveling with a young child and a baby and this was a great hotel for us.

Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Very quiet and peaceful. I had a view of the mountains and watched the sunrise every morning, it was a peaceful place to be.

Upon trying to check in, customer service was not the best. The first rep never looked up, didn’t smile and just said, “give me a minute”. The second rep came out and just kept apologizing for unknown reasons, didn’t seem like she was trying to help me check in at all. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk, I will NOT be staying here again!

We loved staying here. The staff went out of their way to make us feel valued. The front desk associates were very nice. We ordered room service and the menu had changed so someone ran us up a menu within 2 minutes. The food we ordered was delicious. We got salmon that was succulent, giant nacho and cheesecake. The kids orders were huge portions as well. I had trouble opening my wine in my room and I brought it down to the restaurant and they got it open for me. Everyone was smiling and happy. I truly appreciated the staff and would definitly stay here again. There were tons of restaurants to walk to and the pool, spa and gym were immaculate.

The restaurant staff was not kind,
In every hotel in different cities south california we stay in the two weeks every where we went there was complemantary Coffee and water, and when asked the restaurant they were rude about it.
That made us the decsion to go somewhere alse next time we are in town. other than that everything good, Thank You! Frank Grande
