Good place, good price

Posted 16-Apr-2018
Have stayed here about 3 times now when visiting Disneyland. Having 2 rooms in the suite is nice. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is decent. The price is usually good for what you get. It's about a mile to the park, so a bit of a walk, but doable - we usually walk rather than deal with the shuttle. Neighborhood is fine.

We liked that it fits a big family, 2 adults, 5 children. 2 queen beds, 2 twin bunk beds. They only had one washer/dryer. Hottub was not working, bunk bed frame was really diry. Breakfast was minimum. Loud noises late at night.

This hotel was great except being kept awake from 12.30 till 3.30 am one night because of noisy people next door opening and shuting doors at least 50 times andc talking really loud. This should of been stopped by the permanent security guard on night duty but it went on for hours. Not the hotels fault but they shod of stopped it when it kept happening

Basic hotel near Carl Jr's, Dennys, AM/PM

Posted 3-Apr-2018
Pros: Not far (across & then 1.5 blocks down) from ART bus pick up and drop off. Close to Dennys and Carl Jr's and Taco Bell. Hotel has an elevator.
Cons: Make clothes drawers & clothes rack outside of bathroom. Turn Hot water facet on for sink. Fix bathtub rm 309. Fix hot tub. Upgrade power cord
Location: Disneyland and California Adventure
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. One bed had a blanket, the other bed only had sheets. When we asked, we got another blanket. Had a double queen room. It really was 2 rooms with a sofa in one section, but only one TV. Ask for clothes hangers, if you want.No closet or closet rod in room. Only hanging rods were the towel bar over the toilet or under the sink. The microwave was not plugged in and no place to plug it in. We moved microwave to the table by the sofa and plugged it in there. The frig and TV were plugged into the same power cord.. The power cord did not fit one of the plugs. One plugs was a 3 pronged plug and the power cord was a 2 pronged.. So one of the prongs of one of the items was not in the power cord. Since we were there when hotel was sold out, it was usually very crowed @ breakfast bar. Hotel did not have the exercise or hot tub working the entire time we were there. The sink in the rm 309 did not have the hot water running. The tub had a crack and some chips in it & appeared to have residual sticky stuff left in the bathtub from where a bath mat had been. Looks like old furniture, well worn. They could touch up the wood furniture. Breakfast was pastries, mini muffins, make yourself waffles, cereal, oj and apple juice and coffee. Since the hotel was sold out and had a tour group, if you did not get to breakfast early, sometimes all fruit and most pastries were gone.
