Great hotel for the price!!

Posted 29-Sep-2016
Pros: Our room was 2 rooms in one! 2 queen beds separated by a door with a queen size pull-out couch on the other side.
Cons: The pool could have been warmer but the kids didn't mind!
Location: Right by the Anaheim Convention Center, Disneyland, Angel's Stadium and great restaurants at the Garden Center.
Small motel right in the middle of all the enormous hotels. Walking distance to everything and awesome waffles made every morning!

Great Location!

Pros: Fair Price!
We stayed 2 nights and had no issues. Location was great and close to many food places. Why pay for more when your only at the hotel to sleep.

Budget accommodation handy to Disneyland

Posted 25-Sep-2016
Pros: Loved the cheap price, the fact breakfast was included, it had on-site car parking and was handy to Disneyland. There was a pool but didn't use it.
Cons: The shower was difficult to run so that could be addressed but otherwise no real issues.
Location: This property was a short drive from Disneyland although they also had a shuttle or, if you were really feeling energetic you could walk there.
My expectations were low and consequently I wasn't disappointed with this accommodation. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised about the size of our room which unexpectedly had a sitting area which we used to spread our luggage out without cluttering the sleeping area. The breakfast was plentiful and the lady in the dining room was very friendly. We had a busy couple of days planned so didn't have a chance to check out the swimming pool, despite it being plenty hot enough to use. During our stay the people in the unit adjacent to ours were incredibly noisy with angry voices and lots of loud yelling until 2am on the first night so this was somewhat unsettling. If it's luxury you're after I wouldn't recommend this property but if you are satisfied with clean and comfy for a budget price (as we were) then this one was fine.

Comfortable within walking distance to Disneyland

Posted 19-Sep-2016
The room was ok for the money we paid. The bathroom was outdated but the room was bigger than what we'd imagined. We only needed it for sleeping in anyway. The hotel staff were wonderful.

our recent stay

Posted 18-Sep-2016
We stayed at this hotel because we found a great rate on it. Well, we got what we paid for. Room was spacious which was great and beds were clean; bathroom was ok but tub had a few stains. It's an older hotel so there are not a lot of upgrades done to the rooms. Continental breakfast was a great choice for our family before going hitting the parks but as in most hotel around Disneyland area, finding a parking spot late night is always a hassle because there is not enough spaces. I don't think we would be staying here again just because we prefer walking distance hotels

Group getaway

Posted 18-Sep-2016
Pros: Close to park, free parking and breakfast, large room with comfortable beds and friendly staff.
Cons: I would say the pool, but that is a structural issue.
Location: Great location on South Harbor with tons of places to eat and shop. Just a few min from Disneyland and across from Toy Story parking lot.
I booked the 3 queen bed suite for a group of 6 for a trip to Disneyland. We checked in pretty late but I gave a call ahead and they made a note not to give our room away. Once we arrived check in was fast. The room was huge and not only did it have 3 queens but there was a sofa bed as well. Beds were comfortable and shower served its purpose and the room was quite. Nothing fancy just a big spacious room with comfy beds to sleep; it served it purpose. Breakfast was decent; basic continental with waffles. The interesting thing is they have a worker who makes them for you. This is a trend I am seeing more of at other hotels. This is a great place to stay if you have a large group and will be visiting the parks. The only negative thing I would note is the pool is very small; only slightly bigger than the jacuzzi and in an awkward corner of the property. It wasn't a big deal for us because we were never planning on using it anyways.

Tolles Motel für Disneylandbesuch

Posted 17-Sep-2016

Couldn't pay me to stay here again...

Posted 12-Sep-2016
The hotel staff was friendly, I'll give you that, but after check in, we quickly regretted our stay here. Parking was tight. Our room was gross. Holes cut out in the carpet and replaced sloppily. Unfinished 1x4 trim and smeared caulking around the vanity. Yellowed broken blinds and no black out curtains. How does a hotel not have black out curtains? It did have a valance that apparently a previous guest had partially pulled down over half the window for a makeshift curtain. The walls were so thin I could hear our neighbors arguing about who should take a shower tonight and who should shower in the morning. I can't believe Ramada has it's name to this hotel. The kids weren't with us on this trip and it was a one night stay here during a quick trip to Disneyland or we would have demanded a refund and gone elsewhere.
