Didn't have clean linens; poorly insulated making it hard to sleep with all the outside noise; poor continental breakfast quality

Unfortunately the noise is something we cannot control, especially being located in the resort area. I do apologize if that made it hard for you to sleep. We are looking forward to upgrading our continental breakfast to serve a bit more items. I do hope you stay with us again so we can better accommodate you.
