Absolutely amazing! Staff is great! The rooms are very comfy. I loved that they offer a shuttle directly to Disneyland which made everything convenient to go back and forth.

Not sure why they charge $30 for parking, I guess because they can get it. I didn’t realize there would be a charge before I booked. It would have been nice to know.

Swimming pool area needs renovation and more maintenance/cleaning. Room showering is extremely noisy. Shuttle rides to Disneyland is great though.

Location is convenient. We found a stain on our bedsheet but house keeping team responded quickly. David, the head of the parking lot, is the reason why I give this hotel a 5-star rating. He is truly amazing! On a rainy day during our stay, juggling kids in and out like a shuttle bus, David's assistance was invaluable. His professionalism and high level of care for the hotel stood out to me. I even began to wonder if he might be the CEO in disguise, observing the parking lot operations incognito.

Great room, nice bed, had a frig, provided a shuttle for $6 per person to Disneyland! And only a 5 minute drive to the Angel's stadium. A great find! Score!

The hotel is pretty clean and the service extremely fine, but it would be nice if they would have add the breakfast and the water bottles that are on the rooms for free.

Stayed in Hyatt from April 2-5 2024! We arrived early on our first day and the front desk are very accommodating to let us to do an early check in. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. There is some available rooms on the 14th floor with extra of $5 per night which we grab eventhough there is some availability on the 3rd floor but it is totally worth it the extra cost.The room was updated, super fancy mirror in the washroom and very clean. I love the floor not being carpeted as it looks super clean and feels clean. The interior design are awesome, very relaxing! And a very nice view on our window! If you’re fun of walking it is doable to walk going to Disney but if you have kids I don’t recommend to walk. We walk going to disney every morning and took Uber when we go home. Uber cost like around $7 dollar depends how much tip you are tipping the driver. Drop off and pick up location is in front of disney so it’s very easy to locate your Uber. Oh before i forgot i love all the sofa’s in the lobby! On our first night we hang around there with some movie to watch! There is bar as well and starbucks! And our last day we check out early too as our flight is at 6:15am. We took Uber going to LAX and spent like $60 plus depends how much tip you want to give. Overall it was such a nice, comfortable and relaxing hotel! I would say instead of staying in nearby disney hotel that is outdated choose Hyatt instead if you want to have a goodnight sleep 😊

Staff was attentive and helpful. Great shuttle service to Disneyland (for a small fee). Extra deadbolt on room door was broken, elevators were slow or broken ( and I was on the 3rd floor so not a huge deal). All in all okay, I would stay again, but this stay was just okay.

I liked how conveniently close the property is to the theme parks. The hotel itself is beautiful, the suite is a great size. My only suggestion would be upgrade the furniture and carpet they are a bit dated also the sheets need to be replaced. The sheets on our bed had holes on them. Everything else was great.
