The location is amazing! We walked across the street to Bella Terra and ate at Solita and Kings (Amazing places). The staff was very kind and responsive, parking was super easy but the rooms need to be redone. The pool was also not heated, freezing cold! And the spa is dirty and old looking.

The property manager Oscar at night . Super nice guy. They have good security that walks the property. Then comes morning. You have two very great front desk help with Olivia and Timothy. Very pleasant and professional 👌

All is perfect, except one thing. The gym states 6:30 am hours to open and it was closed two days in a row at 7:30am. People who work out want to go early.

First, note that this property is far from the beach and you will hear muffled talking in the room next door. But the price is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious (Housekeeping is great, something not all hotels can manage since Covid). It is across the street from a great mall, Bella Terra, with wonderful shopping and lots of great places to eat. Across the street from BT, on Edinger, is an In'N Out, an Arby's & a Taco Bell for fast food.

I found trash in my room, so I called the receptionist and she said we can move you to another room but anyway you are checking out in the morning...really!! in addition, I got I got bite "I am not sure it was an ant or bed bug, so I switched to the second bed in the room" I didn't want to deal again with the receptionist..Not coming back to theat hotel, thats for sure.

We booked on line and upon arrival we were told there was only one room on bottom floor or we could stay up stairs but no elevator. My husband has a broken arm so chose the room on the bottom floor. The room we were given was right next to the hotel maintenance room. Noisy beyond belief. Washer, dryer, utility carts rolling in, employees conversing etc… unfortunately it was not a relaxing experience whatsoever. Not to mention, if we had our curtains open, every person going in or out of office could see directly into our entire room.

Woke up with a roach sleeping next to me and a roach in the pool and around the TV on the counter. They failed to mention that one of the floors they were remodeling or something was going on that perhaps the insects and rodents scatter to find a new home when u mess up their current home. Grosssss. The pool area is creepy as hell. Thought I was in the Outlook hotel pool area.

The employees are great. Bed are small and uncomfortable. When I made my reservation I thought I was getting two queens but they only have full beds. The carpet in the halls need stretching they are a tripping hazard. Showers aren't the greatest they drain slow, by the time you're done water is up to your ankles. (3rooms were like that)

Room was falling apart. The bathroom sink was literally falling off and the modeling all around the room there was a visible space between the wall and the floor. Bathtub wasn’t cleaning upon arrival. No soap in bathrooms overall just seemed unclean
