Had problems checking in - I booked a 2queen room and was told they only had a king room. Which was not acceptable for us. After a long wait they said a queen room was available. Very strange … nice hotel, clean , small rooms but the norm in this area. Pet friendly which is great !!

We arrive late and checking in experience given by Gabriella at the front desk was so welcoming. Gabriella was very helpful and made us feel very at home. Our trip to Los Angeles is short for the weekend. We chose this location because we drove through the pacific coast. Given the fact that this Hilton location is very convenient due to being close to the freeway. Our experience overall staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Irvine Spectrum Lake Forest is very great full for making the right decision to stay here. I would definitely recommend this Hilton Garden Inn. I want to thank Gabriella for giving us an amazing customer service. She is the right fit for her position. She deserves a raise. Hotel cleanliness is 9/10 and Best prices in town.

I literally needed to stay the night because I got off work really late and had a quick turn around time. My duration was about 8 hours so quietness was really important. Unfortunately, I got placed by the freeway and on the 3rd floor. I could hear the cars passing by and people walking around. I was also upset I had to pay $15 for parking on an open lot shared by many hotels. By the way, they get you us by asking for your vehicle information and tac on the fee. Overall, nice hotel, but will reconsider my options in the future.

Fun, clean, and close to restaurants (walking distance). The staff was nice. They had a nice happy hour with an acoustic singer one night with free food and beer/wine. Problems: no coffee available all day/night and the coffee they had was not good. I walked to the Marriott across the street for excellent coffee. For the most part a nice hotel for the price.

It was clean, check in was easy and friendly. Ask where the ice machines are, they aren't on every floor. Parking should be free or cheaper in my opinion. Good value overall, the room was clean and everything worked.

We booked our staying for our sister wedding and a reunion ! The first time in 31years all my family (14 siblings got together from all over the world! Unfortunately , my room was smelling ( sewer smell ) so badly 😢 My closet was so small , no door , but the worst part was the bar where you supposed to hang your clothes was prob 10” wide ! 😢For the price ( $189/ night ) almost a $1000 for 4 days ! No thanks ! I’ll never get back there ! It’s not worth it!

Easy to book online, checking in the front staff wasnt all that friendly which i was surpirsed as they are the first interaction a guest will have, therefore making the first impression. Other than that my stay was great. Very reasonably priced for the quality.

Great location with awesome dining and shopping options. Hotel did not appear to have a gym. The bathroom was inconveniently designed and the A/C unit was noisy. There was a parking fee that wasn’t stated in the website (possibly a hidden fee?). Probably wouldn’t return in the future.
